This place is mediocre at best

This tasted like pinesol. I think they mixed the ice cream with the floor cleaner because this tasted like pinesol. Please avoid!

Pretty good ice cream shop. You can choose to sit on the patio or inside the store. They keep the store clean, and the ice cream is good.

I really really want to love cowlicks. There is a lot to like about this place. The soft sleeve is amazing and they have good brands of ice cream (mooville and hudsonville are great brands). The downsides are that there is usually just one person working taking orders and making ice cream. During rush times expect a long wait. This wasn’t a one time thing it’s regular. The second issue is the inconsistency which is probably a training issue. Sometimes pup cups are $1. Sometimes it’s a small soft serve which is $4. Sometimes milk shakes are all milk. Sometimes all ice cream. You never know what you’re going to get.

If you're looking for a generous serving size this is your place keep up the great work!!! I only wish they didn't start cleaning the soft serve ice cream, 30 minutes before closing.

Jason, the owner was there and WHAT a Fantastic Person He is! We bought these Coulatte steaks that he suggested when we asked what for Memorial day grilling. We wrapped them each with bacon and they were awesome!!! All their meats are incredible and YOU SHOULD TRY TOO! Their Ice Cream selection has us always coming back to try more!!! A very small place but with a lot packed in it. My grandson loves to go there just to get ice cream. My daughter wants to go there to get her Chicken and etc.

As a Lake Bella Vista veteran, I have always loved coming home and grabbing ice cream from this local spot. My favorite (and only order) has been mint chip my whole life. I was extremely disappointed when I went in tonight to get a cone of mint chip, only to find out it wasn’t out in the case of options! The girl mentioned she had it in the back but wasn’t going to open it for me (don’t know why she mentioned it to me then). Ended up grabbing some mint chip for Ric’s down the road. Let down to say the least. Mint chip is a staple flavor.
