Food was great but very cold inside, We could not even take off coats to eat comfortably. We ended up eating quickly and leaving due to the temperature inside the restaurant. Customers around us were also wearing their coats.

Can't go wrong with Culver's and their quality fast food. However, this location notoriously misses items. There is little to no acknowledgement for the inconvenience when this is brought to attention. Lack of customer service etiquette. Seems like poor leadership. Avoiding this place for a while and see if it changes in time.

This was the most disgusting Culver's I have visited. There was a gross amount of food all over the floors, sticky floors, the bathrooms were nasty, all of the tables were gross. The food was good and the girl that took our order was very kind. But this location has to seriously work on their cleanliness.

Ordered two small concrete mixers. Asked to wait in line for the order. After 5 minutes and multiple cars leaving with their orders, I proceeded inside to find out about my order. Four people had no idea of my order. Megan, the manager said they were short handed. The place was NOT busy and there were six people handling the front counter and drive-thru. Worse experience ever !!!
