**Update** Dickey's called to apologize and offered a refund. The general manager was very sympathetic. Grateful for this call and that they are working to make this right. We look forward to trying Dickey's in the near future.

Original: We placed an order online for pick up, meal was due to be ready at 8 p.m. The restaurant's lights were on though the door was locked. After knocking, the workers said they were closed and shrugged off a refund....

I camt say enough good things about Dicky's. The food is absolutely fantastic!! We've literally trued everything on the menu and there isn't one thing we didn't like.... the baked potatoes are by far the best baked potatoes I've ever had. We would 100% recommend Dicky's in Rockford & they cater!!!

Parking: They have a parking lot with plenty of room.

Kid-friendliness: The staff is amazing, they are so kind...

I like this place a lot. The food is great but the service or staff can be hit or miss. They had some younger kids working there that really seemed they could care less about the job or service (mostly the younger boys would stand around and let the girl do everything). I fully support kids working, but the kids at McDonalds down the road were more service driven. However, lately I have been in there and the adult staff has always been very welcoming and even conversational.
