Food was good, however, their menu says "Build your own Pizza or Calzone" but they don't actually make calzones... the person told me it's just build your own pizza. Kind of annoying that they advertise something they don't even make, but food was good.

Couldn’t take first order due to shortage, this was 7:30pm. An hour wait for food it was forgotten, 4 tables after us were served. The pasta was cold, and a remade pizza was burnt. I had a bad experience prior but gave it another try. $80 later and forgiveness with gift cards sometimes don’t cut it. Sorry…..never again.

The pizza is always great here. I love a crispy brick oven pizza. So, this time I decided to try something different. I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs for dining in, and the grilled chicken sliders and a regular kids’ cheese pizza to go. The spaghetti was perhaps just a difference of preference for taste. To me the sauce was too sweet and thin/watery. There also was no shaved Parmesan or basil, which the menu says are part of the dish. So, pasta portion was just really lacking in any flavor. However, the meatballs have amazing flavor! I’d eat them every day. The grilled chicken sliders were extremely disappointing. They each had maybe a bite and a half of chicken in a small strip. As you can see from the picture, one really had less than a bite. The sauce that was supposed to be on the sandwiches was missing. Just disappointing overall. The service was great, the restaurant is clean and comfortable, drinks were nice, and the pizza did not disappoint as per usual. I’ll stick to the pizza, cheese bread and bruschetta moving forward…they’re always great!

Cool atmosphere, excellent food, but service was extremely slow. There were only 3 other tables last Friday. However, we waited 15 min for the waitress to take our order, then waited just as long in between drinks and for our checks. Waitress was friendly when she finally showed up.

Quality has been declining lately. We order from here probably once a month and last month one of three pizzas we ordered had a completely burnt crust, where we just ate the toppings but I figured it was just a one-off situation.

I ordered from here a couple of days ago, first time ordering delivery, as we usually do pickup. I put in my order early afternoon and received a confirmation email saying my meal would be delivered after 4pm but it didn’t actually arrive until 2 hours later.

I ordered the caprese salad which ended up in the trash immediately, as the leaves were immensely wilted or soggy and just inedible. I ordered the Atlantic pizza and they didn’t put any short rib on it. Pizza D’Italia was also very disappointing, it had ham on it but certainly not prosciutto and it all tasted off.
Tiramisu was the size of half a kiwi and was contaminated with what looked like red onion. Disappointing for a $130 dinner…

We’ve been here many times and have always had great food and the service has been fine. Today, however, we drove 45 minutes to celebrate a birthday dinner, were immediately seated by the hostess, and no one ever came to greet us. We sat for 20 minutes before we ended up asked the hostess to be served, waited another 10 before having to walk out. 2 groups had also asked the hostess to see someone as they’ve been waiting and not even been served drinks just as we had. Not to mention the entire time we sat waiting, we couldn’t help but notice that someone’s food sat sitting under the warming lights for the entirety of that time. Despite the delicious pizza we’ve had here before, after an experience as poor as tonight’s we probably won’t be back.

For being such a lovely inside the food was definitely DISAPPOINTING. I ordered the short rib Mac and cheese which tasted like beef stew no cheese tasting at all and very soupy. The portion sizes were not worth the money. With only a few tables were occupied it took quite a while for anyone to acknowledge that we were standing up front even tho multiple staff members looked at us as tho nobody wanted to come up front to seat us.

I am almost 2 hours from home. Took 20 minutes for me to get my water. I had to ask 3 different waitresses. My husband ordered a redbull. The waitresse came and apologized that she forgot about it and than informed us they ran out. Unfortunately we're still waiting on our food. Sadly this is a terrible experience for something I had high hopes for.

It's now been an hour. My husband received his food. It was cold. Needed to send it back. This was a terrible experience. The manager informed us they weren't out of redbull at all. .

I came back to change some of my ratings. The manager apologized for our experience, took off my husband's meal and as we were leaving stopped us and handed us a $15 gift card to come back and give them another try. I definitely appreciate how this was handled in the end and we will be back to try again.
