I wish they would go back to the old way of where you wanted coffee ground you could pay there and it was confusing that you would order then stand to wait then go back to the counter to pay once your food was ready. I feel bad for the employees. My friend and another woman who had never been there were very confused at the process. This place has been on my radar for a couple years since we moved here but we finally made the 35 minute drive from the west side of GR to go Saturday. The ordering process was very confusing and I still don’t quite understand the logic behind paying when you pick up your order and not when you place it?
