the food and coffee is so good but the ordering system is actually awful and confusing for newcomers. i would come here more often if they just had a more efficient way to order. the line wouldn’t be so long if they just had people order, then pay, then wait at some counter for their order with a name or something. there’s no reason to have this very slow and confusing system.
Some of the best specialty coffee around. My house always has a few bags at any given time.
Update from my original review. Herman's Boy is still consistent and a staple for my household. Don't skip on coming here.
Update 2: still an amazing place. They are consistent and quality has never changed. I have been coming here since 2017.

I bought a cold brew and a cinnamon roll. The coffee was great and so was the service. There is outside seating which is very nice. The cinnamon roll I purchased, however, was very stale. They looked better than they actually were. Disappointing. I'd come back for coffee again though!
