We ordered a Beef & Cheddar sandwich from their menu, first order came without cheese, no fried onions, we went back to get what we ordered, a second time received the wrong sandwich, no fried onion and provolone cheese, too many really young workers without proper training and limited attention span. We won’t be coming back.

way too focused on being fast so much so that they have forgotten toppings on my sandwich multiple times. i don’t even come in at busy times. like i work in fast food too so i get it, but i don’t order anything overly complicated and i have to pay extra for the extra toppings i order which sometimes i don’t even get them.

When you pay to add Guac to a sub…this is ridiculously disappointing. This location is so focused on speed, they forget about quality. This is not the first, second or even third time something like this has happened.

Wow. After reading some other people's experience, I feel lucky. I was warmly greeted when I entered, the staff was fast and efficient. The subs were delicious. Thank you.

Ordered a ham sub and asked for it to be toasted the girl tells me they can't toast original subs but she could there other ham and turkey so I said ok but minus the turkey, well it would have originally been 5 bucks but toasted was 9 dollars, can you explain that to me other than I wasn't paying attention. Will not go again 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

I went through the drive thru at the JJ’s in Rockford and usually the subs are very good, I usually get the Vito minus the onions, my experience tonight 3/12 was not positive, the service was okay, it was not freaky fast I only order 1 item, the bread was like a rock, I’m not exaggerating, I ended up throwing 1/2 the sandwich out. Jimmy John’s do better!

Such slow service. The line is terrible to wait in. Definitely worth going to another store.
I was in there last week and I asked them to cut my sub in half. One worker responded “we can spit on it for $1 if you want”. Horrendous Repulsive and Incomprehensible. I still cannot believe a worker at a restaurant would get themselves to say something like that out loud. I love the food but would never go back there again.

I stopped going to JJ quite a while back just because I was bored of their same ole subs. I stopped in this week and saw they had hot subs and wraps. I ordered their ultimate Italian sandwich which was one of their hot subs. It was absolutely amazing! I'll be going back for sure! Plus I want to try their wraps.
