Was just in the store, the manager took a knife off the food counter and cut a bucket open with it, then put the knife back on the food counter. When I called her on it she told me to leave her store. After I had already paid for my food. I will be getting ahold of the health department.

As much as I love Jimmy Johns, the Rockford JJ has the hardest, crumbly, bread in Kent County. Everytime single time I go to a different JJ, the bread is SO soft! I shouldn't have to travel to Cedar or Plainfield for a softer bread sandwich. Sometimes it's so hard I can't eat it. Someone is doing the bread wrong, or the day old bread is being used. Because it is definitely NOT freshly made.

We ordered a Beef & Cheddar sandwich from their menu, first order came without cheese, no fried onions, we went back to get what we ordered, a second time received the wrong sandwich, no fried onion and provolone cheese, too many really young workers without proper training and limited attention span. We won’t be coming back.

way too focused on being fast so much so that they have forgotten toppings on my sandwich multiple times. i don’t even come in at busy times. like i work in fast food too so i get it, but i don’t order anything overly complicated and i have to pay extra for the extra toppings i order which sometimes i don’t even get them.
It's a sub sandwich give me a break and for how much? Okay at least you have the serving sizes so they're not killing people

When you pay to add Guac to a sub…this is ridiculously disappointing. This location is so focused on speed, they forget about quality. This is not the first, second or even third time something like this has happened.

Ordered a ham sub and asked for it to be toasted the girl tells me they can't toast original subs but she could there other ham and turkey so I said ok but minus the turkey, well it would have originally been 5 bucks but toasted was 9 dollars, can you explain that to me other than I wasn't paying attention. Will not go again 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

I went through the drive thru at the JJ’s in Rockford and usually the subs are very good, I usually get the Vito minus the onions, my experience tonight 3/12 was not positive, the service was okay, it was not freaky fast I only order 1 item, the bread was like a rock, I’m not exaggerating, I ended up throwing 1/2 the sandwich out. Jimmy John’s do better!
