this place has never has never had a “hot n’ ready” hot and ready. When you ask for one they act like you just asked for their first born son. Don’t even waste you’re time here

I can definitely see why this location has such a terrible score. Definitely one of the worst I've been to. Staff spent more time standing around, wandering aimlessly or just plain talking instead of actually working. And my to go order that has a pick up time of 6:22 wasn't even started when I arrived at 6:19. And then I was blamed getting told that I WAS SUPER EARLY and it wouldn't be ready for 10 minutes.(And that turned into 16 minutes shocker)They were even telling people that came in for hot and ready pizzas 30+ minute wait times. Yet while I stood there waiting a total of 6 pizzas and 2 things of crazy breads actually came out of the oven. Which is odd because if they were that busy the pizzas would be in a continuous chain out of the oven. 1* is definitely a stretch.

I cannot express my disbelief that they NEVER have a pizza ready XD it’s actually comical. I come around 5/5:30 each time and they have no pizzas ready. I have waited 10-30 minutes each time. This is no longer a hot n ready pizza place. The pizza isn’t great but we generally come here bc it’s quick. That it appears is no longer the case, don’t come here unless you order ahead.

Been going to Little Caesars for most of my life (30+years). I've had it all, some good - some bad, but nothing like I have experienced at this location on two different occasions this past week. I ordered some hot n readys (pepp and cheese) and both times the pizza tasted sour (first I ever had it that way at LC). First I thought it was the sauce, maybe it had gone sour..but it actually tasted like sourdough bread...which was off putting since I dont associate LC with sourdough anything. Tried calling a couple times but was met with busy tones and no answers....

Man i didn't want to have to leave another review but man after being this disappointed again i cant let it slide. Get the email my online order is ready and still waited 10 minutes before i had to get it...and none of it was fresh. How do u make me wait and wait and wait and then give me cold and lukewarm food?? Always understaffed and underaged kids who have no idea what theyre doing. I dont think i can go back here again...also they put garlic sauce all over pizza puffs and they were hard and old...all from an order whdre everything was supposed to be freshly made...

The amount of customers that leave here because they don't have any hot and ready is unreal. The girl at the drive though told me it will be 45mins. I ordered anyways stuff crust and bread sticks. No huge line or anything. Took about ten minutes. I come here quite a bit. They have never had anything (ready). Just order and it will take 6-10mins Kinda on the owners to see this.
No hot n ready items ready. Tried to order a hot n ready cheese pizza and crazy bread. They said they did not have those ready or in the works. I said oh, in that case I’ll just take a pepperoni. They didn’t say “actually we don’t have any of those either.” They said ok, I paid… and now I’m still sitting here 15 min later, waiting on an order I didn’t want to wait for that also isn’t even what I originally wanted.
