People that work here, so rude. Got a bacon egg cheese bagel and only 1 small piece of bacon, no sauce on it and my coffee was cold, almost as cold as the person that waited on me. Do better people.

We were ordering food at the machine and we were trying to pay with cash and it took all are money and said error and the girl told us we only paid like 60 cents and a guy came up to us and told us are food was done and we went to get it and tgey were telling us we didn't pay and was telling us we weren't communicating good mind you we are a group of kids 12,12,15 and a nice grandma was helping us and she was so nice and my friends mom works here and l don't know how with such rude people

The food is great! the iced coffee is umm well, no good. It is always watery, not mixed and seems like no creamer or flavor is added even after ordering specifically that way. Have gone back multiple times thinking it will be different, but shame on me. Eventually stopped getting iced coffee here after too many undrinkable coffees.

I grabbed some food and the staff were swamped and understaffed, and while I had to wait a little longer than usual, my order was absolutely perfect. Every employee there deserves a raise for doing so well under so much pressure.

The food we had ordered from the app came to our table hot and ready, but the drinks were not on the tray. The server went back to get cups, and then I had to go to the machine to fill them, so my food had cooled by the time I could sit down and eat it.

First of all we are eating inside. The food was delivered fast. My thoughts are two fold. Althoigh a tray was used to deliver our order why was it in a bag? The big question however was why we're there 18 ketchup packets in the bag? There we only 2 orders of small fries. A little excessive don't you thnk? I'm old fashioned. What a waste.
Ordered two $5,00 meals. Good value. But I need to comment on the amount of ketchup packets we
