Decoration absolutely awesome. Definitely noticeable when a new decorator started. Cakes are always delicious, however this time I ordered a bday cake I was bummed that there were little hard balls throughout the cake itself and no one seemed to really care that much or even simply apologize. As a loyal customer I was providing kind feedback. Customer service could be better in that regard. The cake was gorgeous. The decoration on the cake outdid the cake itself. I have high hopes...
i live in nevada, but stay in michigan during the summers. i discovered monarch bakery last summer, and was so excited, as they have vegan options.last summer during the 3-5 occasions we went in to grab bakery items, we also went to their cooler section to grab a bottle of soda. each time, we had to search through bottles to find one that was not expired. we told a worker on at least 2 occasions about the expired bottles.fast forward to this summer - we have been in at least 3...

We were never sent a digital contract or any reminders or guidelines about the set up and pick up/drop off of rentals.
