the pizza is good as usual. but i’m mostly impressed with the staff. the management here respects their customers, and are committed to serving good products, and being fair and polite to their customersi rarely see this superb of a service in other stores

pizza hut is NOT what it used to be.. the wings are still good but the pizza is so-so.. nice dining in atmosphere and they do have liquorVegetarian options: just avoid meat.. spaghetti with marinara and salad

I was surprised when my pizza was delivered so fast and surprised when the delivery called me to let me know I could come retrieve it instead of delivering to my door. Not cool. And then, the pizza; the crust was doughy, as in not done, and there was very few veggies for being a veggie pizza. No wonder it arrived fast. Trash was fed. Pizza Hut used to be my favorite until I moved to Rockford (Michigan). Looking for a new favorite pizza place.

I personally enjoyed the blasphemous evil goat in the entryway. Not sure what it has to do with stuffed crust, delicious steamy pie, or wings but it peaked my interest. Hmmm maybe the wings could correlate to the angels that lose them in the dark inferno that our horned lord calls home. Anyhoo - thanks for the 7 delicious pizza pies.

I don’t know if the manager changed or if they hired Simone that just isn’t getting it. The quality of this location has gone downhill quickly.Pizzas are 50/50, often times the crust is flat. They regularly forget order items especially sauces. I’ve called in the past to correct these mistakes and the ppl on the phone are always helpful but I can only call so many times before it gets ridiculous.I’m only making this review because the quality was so good before. 2 stars because the pizza itself was good this time.

Bring back how things were in the 80s. Pizza hut is unbelievably garbage now. Paper thin, sloppy, cheap pizza is what it has turned into. I haven't had pizza hut in a very long time.... this was the last time. Even little Ceasers is more substantial.

Update-I did receive a free pizza coupon in the mail, not a repeat of my order.Order arrived cold an hour after the printed ticket time. I had to drive back to the store to exchange it for a new one or wait another hour for new delivery. Manager did not offer to comp delivery cost, did offer a coupon for a free repeat of the order, which I never received. The quality of the food, even by chain standards has slipped recently and I’ve had several issues with not receiving my full order. Will be switching to Little Caesar’s for future cheap chain pizza orders.
