I am still shocked and in disbelief about how I was treated and spoken to at this Starbucks today. I have never left a google review in my life but this was bad enough I feel the need to share! I had ordered my drink in line in the store and waited about 25-30 minutes before I got it. After about 20 minutes of waiting (with a fussy one year old) I politely asked if my order had gotten lost somehow. One of the baristas, (not who I ordered from) completely freaked out on me and said they have lots of mobile orders going on and I need to wait around like everybody else (that’s putting it nicely). I said I understand, I have no problem waiting I just want to make sure it didn’t get lost because I’ve noticed people who ordered after me have already gotten their drinks and gone. She continues to argue with me and insisted I ordered to another store. I explained to her no, I did not mobile order I ordered right in this store. I remained polite and just said okay I will continue to wait. The costumers around me were just as shocked as I was and could not believe she was speaking to me so rudely when all I asked was the status of my drink, mainly because my one year old was losing it. Another kind barista quickly made my drink and I was on my way because I think she realized something had definitely gotten messed up. Anyways I hope this Starbucks location can hire some new friendly staff because that woman has no business working with people. I wish I got her name, this was November 8 around 10:30 am.

I would definitely recommend this Starbucks. The employees were just joyous. I had got a Starbucks drink from another location and it was just awful. As soon as I walked in this Starbucks, the employee said well that doesn't look right and he remade it for me. He even added in some popping pearls free of charge. Just absolutely incredible. I did not catch this employee's name unfortunately. I would definitely recommend this Starbucks best employees I have encountered in a long time.

There is no doubt this location needs more staff. I’ve waited 20 minutes after my pickup time routinely and today drove the nail in the coffin when my I received my grande latte that was maybe the size of a tall in a grande cup. Not a great way to start the day.

The service was never great at the Rockford, MI location but is getting significantly worse each time. Why SB hires these idiots is beyond me. They are supposed to represent the company in a good, healthy, and professional way. But not these bozo's can't talk/greet to start. Don't want to work but yet want a paycheck/tip. The drinks are so inconsistent and not just from one per to the next, it's different from the same person even with a specific sticker tag. I don't think they get the big picture. I don't need a $8 cup of coffee but if I want one, I want it the way I want it! Remember I pay your paycheck and if you hate your job so much then quit, we'll survive without you! Also quite tip, don't handle a dirty trash bag and then start making drinks without washing first. Apparently you were raised in a barn/zoo!

Wow they need to hire some friendlier staff that are courteous and respectful to their customers.Now I wish I wouldn't have tipped them after ordering my drink! As I'm standing off to the side waiting for them to call out my order to which they never did. Waiting several minutes, I wonder what was taking so long into my surprise my order was already sitting on the counter. They let me just stand there! they claimed that they called out my order but if that's the case they need to learn to speak up! And if the order doesn't get picked up and the customer is still standing there maybe you should get there attention a second time don't just enjoy the entertainment. I ain't coming back!
