Subway corporate should really address the issues at this location. 90% of the employees are horribly rude. We order online to avoid them, but they’re so slow that even if we do it a half hour ahead of time there is a wait, for very poorly made sandwiches by subways standards. The redhead is especially awful, she never shuts up, talking about herself or how much she hates her job or is and I quote “so stressed because it’s busy” while we’re there ordering, and argued with customers about what they were ordering. For instance, a woman ahead of me ordered a tuna sandwich the girl kept talking about herself and meandering around then asked the woman to repeat herself to which she said “tuna” the redhead said “no, you didn’t say tuna” to which the woman just looked back at me exasperated and said “okay”. Another example, one employee was treating the store like her own personal daycare, her own kids running everywhere, the workers (redhead girl included) were shouting at the kids and barely making the sandwiches as only one was actually behind the counter (I ordered online about 15 minutes prior) I waited maybe 10 minutes standing there completely unacknowledged as children sprinted across the floor in front of me, then the worker behind the counter silently handed me my sandwiches and I left.

i have always enjoyed subway as a inexpensive alternative to some of the other sandwich shops. If you are smarter you will get the app so you can get points for your purchases AND catch all their specials such as BOGO and 3.99 6” and the daily deals too. i like the wraps and the salads to but it’s hard to ignore the specials

Ordered from the Subway app, #20 ELITE Chicken Bacon Ranch, but what I received seems more like the lower middle class CBR. Basically, a lettuce and onion party between that bun. Shrinkflation hitting even the “Elite” these days.
Girlfriend ordered the Subway Club at $4 less, and the meats were flowing. Well made.
Win some, lose some. Keep your expectations tempered.

I went in and ordered my sub and the woman making the sub seemed to want to rush me out of the door and went skimpy when I asked for lots of onions. I will never come to this location ever again!!!

I’ve been to this place several times over the last 15 years and they always deliver. The service is respectable and quick, and the food is always delicious.

Women's restroom is disgusting how is this even remotely acceptable toilet paper on floor ... toilet was nasty too thankfully I'm a full time courier driver so always have a travel pack of seat liners smh

The red head employee was very rude and when I told the new guy what toppings I wanted on my sub he's like I don't remember well and then the red head employee was like u want a bag I told her that would be great why even ask a ? Like that really

If I could give this place a 0 star I would. My son and I stopped here to get dinner. The girl with the red hair and glasses is so rude and unprofessional. She basically threw her hands up at me, like to hurry us up, and when I proceeded to call her out on her rudeness she kept giving me excuses on why she was being rude. I would not recommend this Subway to anyone. She needs to get customer service training because she lacks and should not treat customers the way she treated us tonight. Take my advice and go to Jimmy John's
ZERO STARS!It's extremely disappointing that this location has so many bad reviews about the manager (APRIL) and yet the owners do not do anything about it. April should not be a manager, at any location. She is SO unprofessional, incredibly RUDE and disrespectful to customers. She YELLED at me today for calling during her busy time (like I am supposed to know she had a line) and then refused to help me. I could go on and on about my horrible experience. DO NOT go to this subway location.Disgusting that the owners allow this treatment to their paying customers.
