Had an issue with an online order at 3:30pm September 6th. There was one girl working and I asked to speak to a manager and she said she was and had no idea how to help with the situation couldn’t even give us a number to call. I will never be coming back here again. Seems like the only person working was a kid too which seems pretty odd.

If you hate your job why work here. I paid $15 for this. How am I supposed to eat it without wearing it? Happens every time with this particular worker. This is why I tip every other worker but her.

This subway has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I just walked out after beginning my order. A middle-aged guy with glasses and a beard finally came out of the back to take my order. I told him I was going to have a 6 inch on white bread. He immediately stared at me as if to say “what else?” I said I’ll do rotisserie chicken. He got the bread out of the warming oven. As he began to open the bread I asked him if he could take some bread out of middle. He didn’t say a word but began tearing the bread out. As he did he was shaking his head back and forth! I said is that a problem? He just said, “nope,” at which point I turned without saying a word and walked out the door. Sadly, I have experienced poor service a number of times in the past. It’s the last time I’ll receive poor, insulting service as I will never patronize this subway again.

My wife and I went to this Subway location for lunch recently. We ordered the garlic steak and cheese. It was prepared for us by a gentleman named Teej. He was very nice, professional and entertaining. He made sure everything was perfect. The sub was delicious! Excellent food and service!
They wanted to close early so they said they couldn't toast my food. I went to Dominoes and got basically the same sub without the attitude

Food was horrible. I ordered a Chiro that was hard as a Rock I couldn't even eat it I threw it in the garbage and the woman that weighted on me was really rude and then started talking to another customer about me When she had thought I left the store. Then told my mother and sister that they put butter away for prezals and meatballs a hour before they close so the store losing $ because they wanted prezals and the meatballs were put away so loss of a footlong sub too. Thats just us 3 must be losing a lot of $ doing that. I am definitely telling everyone on my Social media not to eat there and anybody else I know I mean I wonder if the owner knows how the employees treat their customers shame on you. O when I called to talk to someone ? they just hang the phone up. No hello this is subway just click. Would love to speak to owner. So if your reading and you are the owner look me up on Facebook. So sad.

This subway has had the worst service I've ever encountered every time I go there. I feel like I'm barked at when asked for my order and if I don't say it exactly the way they want me to say it then I get scoffed at and treated like I'm annoying them for a simple order. Asking for a series sub which has a certain list of ingredients in the sub already with no changes, just the teriyaki blitz please, and I was treated like I must have the answer for how it's built and what I want on it. Just the blitz please. Why have a series sandwich if you don't know what's on it? And I should not have had the attitude they gave me while they slung around the sandwiches, laughed at to my face for not knowing what bread comes with a blitz. Any bread is not an answer I guess. I tried to be as nice as possible but I eventually had to say "please don't give me attitude" . He said it's hard for him to make sandwiches because people don't order right. I said "it shouldn't be hard to make a sandwich". Seriously I was bullied the entire time. Before I even asked for my sandwich. It's not just once either, it's every time we go there. Whoever is in charge of the store shouldn't be. It's the absolute worst service every time we go and I'm angry enough about it to leave this review. I just wanted a sandwich, not a boatload of attitude. Very displeased. ?

I ordered on the app, but as it was processing my payment the app froze. I received an order confirmation email, and I checked that my bank did in fact process the payment. But when I went to the store to pick up the order, they had no record of it. I told them I'd been charged and the app froze, and that I even had confirmation of the order. One of the two employees did call her manager, but then she said there was nothing they could do. Uhhh, I don't know, just spit balling here, but how about making me the sandwich I paid for? Nothing even resembling an apology either. Infuriating.

Ordered a bottle of vitamineral xxx on their website. Arrived at the store to pick up order and was handed a cup. “We don’t carry bottles, and can’t give you your $ back”

Quickest service Ive ever had at any Subway. They weren't overly friendly, but the crew of 3 team members working Friday at Noon made up for it with their speed. They knew their jobs and worked as a team; something I seldom witness these days. With 7 people in line ahead of me, I still made it through the line and was walking away with order (perfectly assembled) in under 10 minutes. Well done crew!To Subway management; make sure you pay these crew memebers well. Good employees are hard to find and keep. These guys are what bring your reveiws up and take you from average to excellent.
