I ordered on the app, but as it was processing my payment the app froze. I received an order confirmation email, and I checked that my bank did in fact process the payment. But when I went to the store to pick up the order, they had no record of it. I told them I'd been charged and the app froze, and that I even had confirmation of the order. One of the two employees did call her manager, but then she said there was nothing they could do. Uhhh, I don't know, just spit balling here, but how about making me the sandwich I paid for? Nothing even resembling an apology either. Infuriating.

Quickest service Ive ever had at any Subway. They weren't overly friendly, but the crew of 3 team members working Friday at Noon made up for it with their speed. They knew their jobs and worked as a team; something I seldom witness these days. With 7 people in line ahead of me, I still made it through the line and was walking away with order (perfectly assembled) in under 10 minutes. Well done crew!To Subway management; make sure you pay these crew memebers well. Good employees are hard to find and keep. These guys are what bring your reveiws up and take you from average to excellent.

For only having 1 person on, He Rocked it.I don't feel he should be working by himself, when 2nd shift didn't do there job as in re filling things.The guy who helped me was efficient, quick and friendly. The way he works, I'm half tempted to ask him he if he wants a different job.

I ordered my food online. When I received my food and got it home, I noticed it was all wrong. I called the restaurant advising it was wrong and that I may have made a mistake on my end, however I would like them remade to my liking. The male staff member I spoke with told me I would have to pay for the order again in order to make them and that I could contact management on Monday to get a possible refund for the first order. We started to go through what I originally wanted over the phone thinking we found a resolution. All of a sudden, as we're going through the items, he says, "you couldn't have picked those items off in the first place?" I was floored, I thought we were moving forward. I asked him if he really just said that to me because I couldn't believe my ears regarding the question itself and tone in his voice. I am a manager and would never stand for one of my employees to represent my company in this manner. After I asked that question, his tone got worse and he started calling me "hostile" (which I wasn't, my voice stayed even-keeled. I didn't even cuss, although I wanted to at this point). I kept saying I'm trying to give you my order, how am I hostile? He continuously talked over me repeating that I was being hostile and finally hung up on me. I tried to call back, but the phone appeared to be off-the-hook. I kept the sandwiches planning to go in Monday (today) to talk to a manager because my experience had me shaking and was out of line. I started to tell my side of things while he smiled in the back behind her. Obviously, he already updated her with his version of the story and I could tell from the beginning she wasn't listening to my side. She said she wouldn't refund the money but she could remake them at this point.1. I don't want Subway at all at this point... it's 9am.2. I certainly don't want either of them to make me anything.I walked out and as I was doing so threw out my 3 day old subs in their trash. This was the most horrendous customer experience I've ever had in my life.I have 2 pieces of feedback:1. The online ordering system is not user friendly. Just like the store, when you hit customize, it shouldn't start with default items, it should let you start from scratch to build your own.2. This location severely needs training in customer service for both the management and employees.It starts at the top.
