I’m not one to complain about fast food places because I work at one but this place really needs to get a grip. It’s always dirty and slow and they don’t give you your drinks. I was there at midnight and I was made to wait like ten minutes at the drive thru just for them to tell me they had no beef left. At three hours before closing yall should have enough in stock. This place is terrible

Don’t ask for anything different than how the item you’re ordering normally comes. I got a nacho bell grande and asked for no sour cream but extra meat and cheese on it. Instead I got no beans, little meat and less cheese than normally comes on it. This is unfortunate and I’m disappointed.

I do not like electronic kiosks for ordering as I am technology slow. The customer service is nill when you use the kiosk and then nobody said a thing until they brought up our order. No get your cups so you can fill your drink.

Do you love disappointing Mexican food. They have perfected it. Doritos locos forever. Also this quite possible the slowest moving taco bell i have ever been to. It always looks busy but that is because people are just waiting forever in the drive through. Fourth car back. Going on 10 mins. Still 2 cars back lol
Not only did they let our fine in order sit for 20 mins our food was cold and less than par. It took 3 chicken cantina tacos to make one decent taco (pictured is one of my tacos). Not to mention the young lady who never said hi and made me wait to ask where my food Was why she stared at a screen and did nothing! Worst experience ever and probably not returning,
