I’ve been a weekly customer here for 3 years and this place is an absolute joke now. The last 6-12 months something has changed here with management/ kitchen. The last 2 visits I’ve had to take my food to go because the wait was so long. They’re just too disorganized. We just left here today WITHOUT food.

We were quoted 30 minutes for a table, we were seated then ordered food immediately upon being seated. They were out of pizza and other menu items. Then took over an hour to make 2 burgers and fries. Received a full refund for the wait. Never received our food.

I absolutely LOVE going here for drinks and sitting on the patio when it’s warm out. But it’s officially not worth it anymore.

Best beer garden in Kent County. Always a great time to enjoy the outdoor space, take your dog for a hike along the white pine trail that connects to the brewery, and a great place for families to enjoy dinner together in a brewery environment, which is very unique in West Michigan. The staff do a great job considering how many people can be in the brewery at any given time on a busy weekend or a beautiful summer evening. They host private events, seasonal events, and often have live music featured throughout the month. They even have some comedy nights as well, which are very fun and a very unique thing for Rockford to have.

We had our running club's summer kick off in the beer garden. Third nature was very accommodating and the staff was great! Super easy to work with.

Modern, spacious brewpub. Lots of outside seating spread out so you have some space to enjoy the outside. We sat at a table by the bar and were waited on by the bartender. After she took our food order we never saw her until we waived her down for the check. Chicken gyro was unlike any gyro spices I’ve had before, tasty but a little off. Classic pepperoni pizza was big enough for two (or three if you have an appetizer). Pizza sauce is a little sweet. Atmosphere a 5, food a 4, service a 3.

The best fattoush salad I have ever tasted! A Must Have ❤️. Pad Thai is amazing. Curbside service was delivered to my car before I even put it in park!

So friendly! Most awesome pizza ever! Dog friendly and had the fire pit going! Gave our dog an awesome experience with treats And pets! Will be back on our next trip up here!! I recommend you try it!! 5 stars to all the staff but 8+ stars for the chef! You are awesome!!

It took 40 mins to get our first drinks, the burger patties were burnt to a crisp and the To go box we requested for left over pizza had a bug in it. I will not be coming here for a long time.

Some of the best brewery food I've ever had! Such a great atmosphere with some great beers . I love a good flight!

Truly disappointing service and atmosphere. We normally love coming here and hanging out in outdoor patio. After today we will no longer be customers or give recommendations to our family and friends. After our first round of drinks/apps were delivered we waited 45 mins before we decided we would just go order inside. The bartender told us we couldn’t order at the bar and had to go through waitress. So we politely asked where she was and if she would come back. We were told he was on it and would figure out what is happening. We went back to our table where we waited another 25 mins before going in and asking for drinks again. We were finally served drinks and able to give our dinner order, which did come out at a reasonable time. We never seen our waitress again at our table. When my husband went to close the tab, which he had to go inside again. The waitress was blatantly making negative comments about our group to other co-workers. He still gave her a 20 percent tip and we were never offered an apology on our wait. This whole experience has left a bad taste.
