I can't decide who I like more Tiffany's or here. (Been ordering both for years and used to work at Tiffany's) Needless to say but GREAT pizza.

I can honestly say that I've never really had a bad pizza from Benito's, but their customer service just lost a customer for good. We ordered a 30 slice pizza and a medium on Halloween, and we're told 1hr 15m. Got there and we're told at the door that they were just starting on the 4:30pm orders (we ordered at 4pm). When asked how much longer, they ignored us and shut the door. Mind you there were probably around 12-15 people waiting outside. When we tried calling, we received a recording saying they were closed. We ended up canceling the order and called W Jefferson Bar & Grill (their pizza is better anyway). This is the 3rd time we've had atrocious service from the Rockwood Benito's and we won't be back.

Orderd pizza and wings and they told me 20 min on the phone and I got there after 25 min and then ended up waiting a additional hour! For one pizza and wings on a Thursday night isn’t cool. You cannot tell customers a time and then double it.

It was so hot in there it was hard to stand in there to receive my order this place needs ac for them people asap the manager Jenna is so respectful and polite. And Jenna explained to me that my order was going to take a little longer because it was busy so great communication an overall great experience
