I just saw their job listing on a group page where the person responsible for hiring new employees fought vehemently to pay employees less than Michigan's minimum wage. She insisted that they are within the loophole of equating food truck employees to wait staff at a restaurant, so paying them anything more than $3.33/hour is "more than fair". I don't know about their food, but they are definitely not a business that values its employees. I would not recommend supporting their existing business model.

Yumm, meatless Monday at Green Light definitely gets the green light!!We ordered the Ranchero and the Chick'un wrap and 2 chocolate chip cookies. Next time we'll take pics looked so good we just dug in and it did not disappoint.
