They were really busy when we got there but they got our order in quick. The food was delicious. I love the slim jim and it was made perfect. Once we got done eating, we sat n sat...n sat. And watched our server take care of everyone else but us. Not her fault, maybe the manager that was barking orders at her although she was the only one working. We will still go back to enjoy Big Boy!

It is a diner. That is exactly what you should expect in terms of service, quality, food choices, etc. Think Huddle House (but worse). They have a buffet! The menu is expansive, there is something for everyone and everything can be customized to one's preferences. I personally can't say that all the customization would be worth it.

Ordered through Door Dash due to extreme cold. The restaurant was literally a ross the street. The burger was cold and had a huge blob of sauce. The fries were also cold and soggy. Very disappointing since I had not had a Big Boy in years. Totally missed the mark here.
