“Very much enjoyed my cheesesteak! I got the Southpaw which has hot Cheetos crushed over the top! I would very much recommend it to anyone around the Detroit Airport. The service was really good, the cashier was very patient as we looked through the menu to finally be able to pick what we wanted to try. I loved the inside of the shop, the nice decor, the lovely sound for the door, and just the overall feel. If I'm ever back at the airport I'm going to make sure to stop on by. I would also recommend the mac and cheese bites. They are like cheese curds and chicken nuggets combine, but without the chicken!“

“The food was great & delivered fastHowever, immediately after ordering online, our card which we havent used at all today, suddenly started getting hundreds of dollars of charges from random online purchases. Im not sure if their online ordering is compromised or if it is an employee but id be cautious, this has caused a ton of problems already“

“Stop at this place every time I'm within 15-20 min. They don't have an extravagant menu but they know how to make a cheesesteak. Haven't found a better one in MI yet. Cheese is a little light so I always double up and get the hot peppers on the side.“

“First off - the Classic Philly Cheesesteak was pretty impressive. I don't put any sauces on it and it was superb. My only grind is the price - $15 is kind of a stretch for what I just ate. Don't get me wrong, it was very good, but it's probably more of a $10-12 cheesesteak. Don't get me wrong - I enjoyed my meal, but this cost prevents me from returning on a frequent basis. Next, I opted for the cheese fries. Again, they tasted good, but not as good as the Cheesesteak, so $7 is a pretty aggressive price tag. I should've opted for the "Regular fries" @ $3.50. Overall - Bulldog's Cheesesteaks is a solid 3 1/2 - 4 stars; however, I would've considered this a solid 5-Star meal if the pricing was more appropriate. Three other quick things - Two Pro's and One Con: PRO #1 - the guy who was working the grill is CLEARLY good at what he does and I can tell that he takes pride in his ability to cook a good cheesesteak. So, Kudos to him. PRO #2 - I like the decor. It is a good mix of "classic" Sports memorabilia and Spider-Man memorabilia. CON - when you pay for your meal with a credit card, the three gratuity options are very inflated. The options were: 18%, 20% and 25%. I have a significant problem with any "counter order" eatery "expecting" an 18% gratuity. I mean, 18% is actually an exceptional tip for a "counter order" establishment. The gratuity options should probably be: 12%, 15% and 18%. These high gratuity options demonstrate a sense of entitlement. However, since I was the only person in Bulldog's when my cheesesteak was ready, the chef personally walked my meal out to me at my table - so I'll give props for that. However, if this place had been really busy, I would have to think that my name would've been called, and I'd go pickup my meal. If I'm correct, that definitely DOES NOT constitute more than a 12-15% tip.“

“Now I haven’t ate dpf in years. Shoutout to the guys working that night of 1-27/24 . I didn’t want pizza so I got the chipotle steak sub and tots , that sub was made with love ? no cap . I’ll definitely be back . Oh and try the cheesecake ?. Awesome service there so be kind to your food service workers , because they’re doing the best they can !!!!“

“I ordered from this lefty's on Telegraph and I think that I talked to the Manager when I called. Great guy with a great attitude. Picked up my order and both guys working there were great . 6:15 pm on 2/5/24 .Great job guys . They sold the food first with the great personality on the phone because I was having trouble ordering through the website. Food was great just seemed a little expensive like everything else these days ?“

“I absolutely love coming to this location, the people behind the counter are alway so friendly and helpful. The food always comes out promptly and it’s always full of flavor. Over all it’s a great experience the vibes are always so up beat and the food always tastes like it was made with love.Vegetarian options: They have this veggie hoagie. It’s not on the takeout menus but if you ask for it they will make it. It’s just grilled onions, mushrooms, banana peppers and green peppers. Topped with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and Italian dressing. And you can take off any of the veggies you don’t like. They also melt white American cheese over the grilled veggies.“

“First time trying Lefty’s. The Buffalo bone-in Wings were delicious, and a good size too. Cooked to perfection. Cajun curly fries were on point. Bought a Big Poppa Hoagie for later and it was incredible. Will definitely be making this one of my go-to spots for lunch and dinner! I’m mad at myself that it has been here all this time and I’m just now trying it out…“
