Had ordered from this location in the past and food has always been great. Stopped in on Easter Sunday for a pizza and was less than impressed with the physical location -- cluttered, looked like construction was needed, not dirty but ... dingy. Have been eating Cittage Inn since my college days so I'm down with the brand but this location made me question my choice. Sometimes you don't need to see haw your heroes operate in person.
Faye the owner and her team took great care of us! Faye was super friendly, kind and accommodating. We needed 8 extra large pizzas delivered to the hotel our team was staying at. Order was placed in the morning for a last delivery of the evening. All went very smoothly. We will be ordering from here when we return to the area.
I ordered breadsticks tonight because I ate some of my girlfriend’s breadsticks last night and she was upset. Granted, her breadsticks were from another place and she is very particular about her appetite at the time. I ordered garlic breadsticks online, and the folks at Cottage Inn Romulus (Ecorse) had the food hot and ready when I arrived- even accidentally made it a size too large.
