Staff not very friendly, didn't add correct dip for tenders, no napkins anywhere in dining area (empty napkins dispensers by the straws), hardly any pops available to dispense from machine (guest with me had to get diet lemonade, I didn't even know this existed, yuck!). The chili was very thin, more like soup than the chili I typically find at Wendy's elsewhere. Floor in dining area needed a good sweeping. Not likely to visit this Wendy's again.
Stopped for breakfast on a Sunday. The sandwich was a bit dry and the cold brew was a bit bitter. The potato wedges need to either be cooked crisp or less. They are just in between and dry.
This Wendy's has had a hard time keeping staff and good service. Place is a little run down and needs some TLC. Seems to always have different new hires all the time and are always short handed. Service is slow and food seems just thrown together no care to presentation. Food is very pricey for a fast food chain as well. Due to hotel next door make sure to lock your vehicles up as well. In a great location but needs new management and possible ownership/ leadership.
