B.C. Pizza of Roscommon has improved tremendously since moving to a new location, now a staple for many families. The restaurant is clean, spacious, and pretty nice, with cool cooks and a helpful waitress. The pizza is excellent, full of flavor, and loaded with meat toppings; the stuffed crust is unmatched by any local competitor or chain offerings. The bread sticks are hot and fresh, and the garlic seasoning on the crust is a must. A pickle pizza and cheese bread were both amazing. However, the salad leaves much to be desired—order a veggie pizza instead. Fast service, with one order ready in 15 minutes.
