It's McDonald's! Most of the staff is great, always new employees there tho which means every order is a gamble lol one day they are on point the next day it's not so good.

Remembered my sauces this time, forgot the nuggets they were for 🤦♂️... 2 Mcchickens, 1 spicy Mccrispy and a 10 pc nugget with 2 sauces. Everything right except no nuggets. Not the first time an order has been wrong, missing items, or just taken entirely too long.

It took 20 minutes to order because a guy before us that used the mobile app had issues with items being out of stock. Too many issues due to mobile app. Also happy meal advertises mine craft toys and we got a minion toy. They have also diced apples instead of slices that's half the size of slices. McDonald's as a whole is shrinking sizes but still charging the same. Tall young skinny girl at front counter was super nice!!

The worker who walked the food out to my car was amazingly polite, friendly, and professional.

This is the ONLY McDonald's that will actually do the French fries well done... correctly. They are always very happy and polite. Just now one of the employees tried to find a better way to make my crazy order into a meal. Thank you for being the BEST McDonald's!!

Placed a mobile order. Then placed another when we went through the drive through. They were sold out of nuggets, not a big deal order something else. Took 20minutes to get our food. Got home, went to eat my double quarter pounder with bacon. You know the extra meat they up charge for. Guess what, no bacon on my burger! If it's gonna take longer and cost almost the same amount as a sit down, then why would anyone return. Fire the crew, make sure the next ones know how to identify pictures and read basic English. No answer when I tried to call as well 🙃

I like the food, however I now shop at Burger King where I can get free senior coffee & less expensive options.
I get a 30 minute lunch break at work. I placed an order via the app. I waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes! I barely had 10 minutes left to eat. That said, I really didn't get to enjoy my meal. It was eat now and taste it later kind of thing. Had I already not paid, I would have just left. I don't know if it was a staffing problem or what. But 20 minutes in the drive thru is NOT acceptable.
