This McDonald's is one to give huge props to when the McDonald's in Houghton lake failed to get my coffee right these ones told me I wasn't being charged and they were going to fix another mcdonalds mistake with no issues. They were fast friendly and rocked customer service out of the water on a busy labor Day weekend .

The person taking our order was almost impossible to understand because she spoke so softly. We waited twenty minutes for our food because it was busy but all of our food was cold. How is that possible?

Took 30 minutes to get our food. Very slow. Workers focus more on drive through and left a big group of people waiting 30+ minutes for breakfast
The manager rocks! They were busy and I asked him for pup cups for my dogs and he immediately said wait just a second and went back in the kitchen and came back out a couple minutes later with two pup cups and didn't charge me anything. Solid work! Thank you!!!

This is one of the worst McDonald’s I have been in. It’s clean, but you can’t order without it being wrong. I watched 4 straight orders be wrong as I waited 20 minutes for my food, just for mine to have also been rung up incorrectly, having to wait longer. A customer ahead of me went up to complain their order was also rung up incorrectly and was told “You can throw it away when you’re ready.” as the worker walked away shaking their head.

Remembered my sauces this time, forgot the nuggets they were for 🤦♂️... 2 Mcchickens, 1 spicy Mccrispy and a 10 pc nugget with 2 sauces. Everything right except no nuggets. Not the first time an order has been wrong, missing items, or just taken entirely too long.
