Food came out wrong my waitress told me they don't extra steam the brocoli , no parm or shrimp on steak was put on mash. Manager came over & apologized and corrected my food which my guest were done eating by the time I got my food back. However she assured me she would adjust my bill, we'll she didn't she added things on bill and then subtracted like I'm stupid. Very disappointed and pissed off. Would like GM to respond ASAP

There was a 45 minute wait when we got there, but it was worth it. Beatrice was a wonderful server. She greeted us immediately despite being slammed & took our drink order. She was patient though we weren’t ready to order right away. She returned with our drinks and took our order. Our food was on the table within 15 minutes of ordering which was also impressive considering the full tables and line at the door, in addition to take out orders being picked up constantly.
Beatrice was not only attentive but an absolute asset to your establishment. She checked back several times, kept our drinks refilled, and pre-bussed as we finished our food. The atmosphere was amazing. The music wasn’t too loud and they played a wonderful blend of R&B and Motown hits. We decided this is our new spot over Texas Roadhouse due to the atmosphere and hardworking staff. Thank you for a wonderful dinner and evening.

I wish I could’ve gave it all zeros. The worst experience I’ve ever had at dinner. Robert chicken tenders that I could not pull apart and had the sun back. I’m nonexistent waitress who left all the dirty dishes from the appetizers on the plate so we had nowhere to eat when our food came. The person that delivered our food was not the waitress and continued to run away and leave all the old dishes there we had to flake someone down, there was never to refill my coffee . so the food was horrible. The atmosphere was horrible loud and people screaming and dishes claiming I never heard it so loud the Applebee’s near my house is a completely different experience. Never had a problem so I am not a complainer, but this was the worst. I would never return there and I am not recommending this place to anyone. Just because it says Applebee’s doesn’t mean you’re going to get good service good atmosphere and good food. A big fat zero for the food, the atmosphere and the service

This used to be one of my favorite locations, but we went on a Friday night and were offered not just one, but 2 extremely dirty booths to sit in. We turned them down and the manager basically said that this is what you get on Fridays. No apologies, no remorse, NO Service. 🤷🏽♀️
