This place has some of the nastiest Attitudes working the drive thru. So nasty that you don't want to say anything in fear of maybe someone doing something to your food. Owner needs to DO BETTER with the hiring. Especially when folks are dealing with the public.

Service is garbage. Pull up to the window and Yashica says, “Whatchu got??” Like you don’t already know what I ordered?? Told me to pull up, never asked if I needed any sauce or anything for my order. Rude employees. This place has gone down hill. Employee comes out with my food and damn near throws it at me and doesn’t say a word. I open the bag and fries are completely dumped out in the bag. This is ridiculous

Food was disgusting the new steak nuggets were like chewing on leather, didn't even give you the BBQ sauce with it. Would not recommend this location. Employees weren't very accommodating or nice after sharing my experience.

Do not go here, I ordered a chicken sandwich. It was not even a piece of chicken, it was a crispy burndt piece. Fast food workers don't care anymore in this world and that's sad!!!!!! Then they don't answer the phone when you call and they weren't even busy!!!

I came here September 22nd around 10:30pm. My boyfriend and I got multiple sliders and the worker only gave us 2 sauces. I came back around to get a few more sauces, the lady told us it would be $2 dollars for 2 sauces, I have been to this location multiple times and never been charged for a sauce. She did not give us a receipt for this charge either. She was rude and seemed like she had an attitude regarding it. she is light skinned ,big , with glasses and a small ponytail. My main reason for the complaint is that i don’t believe she was supposed to charge us and maybe she pocketed the money i dont know and i dont care, it’s the principle.

I've always loved Arby's. Tonight I tried the Angus Cheese sandwich and it was truly delicious. It was too much for one sitting, so the other half is lunch for tomorrow.
