Super disappointed. I used to love this place, but theyve gone downhill. The last few times we have ordered it has taken an hour PAST ordering time for our order to be ready. If you order online they will text you that its ready, and it will take another half hour.
Today they really messed everything up. They gave my husband an entirely different dish than He ordered, put the wrong protein in my dish, and used the wrong protein and gave the wrong size for the soup. When we called they made us bring the incorrect order ip and simply replaced it- which is fine, except now we are out an hour and a half not including drive time, and there is NO compensation.

Been a loyal customer for years. I'm a chicken Pad Prik fan, vegetable rolls, spring rolls, and crispy rolls!! NEVER had wrong order, always extremely fresh and mmm good! Love the staff, like friends actually. WOW! Just talked myself into ordering dinner tonight! Thanks Bangkok!♥️👍

I’ve been ordering from this location for years. I moved away for a couple years and now I’m back. I just ordered my go to, pad pak chicken. It tastes the same and is delicious, but I used to get twice as much food for $10. Now I’m paying $15 for a container that is half the size and a tiny container of rice. I understand that prices are rising everywhere, but you can’t even give enough rice for the pad pak? Rice is cheap. Anyway, half as much food for one and a half times the money is disappointing. I probably won’t be back as often as I used to go. It’s a shame.

I ordered the seafood combo with extra shrimp and the combo comes with shrimp, imitation crab, scallops and there was hardly any seafood in it not a shred of extra shrimp which I paid $3 for extra. Absolutely zero scallops and two pieces of imitation crab. This place is gone down since I've been in the neighborhood for the last 2 years. This was a delivery pick up by Uber. Uber came quickly but the food was highly disappointing with no seafood.,.. thumbs down never again. The hot and sour soup had way too much soy sauce.
