The worker of the food truck at the American Speed festival the morning of Oct. 6, 2024 was EXTREMELY kind to my boyfriend, he was VERY thankful for our service , the price for the side of Mac and cheese was reasonable, and the side of Mac and Cheese that we tried was packed with flavor! We are eager to go and try the restaurant! Great job with the food truck!

Had the opportunity to have this food truck at my wedding for 110 people. Everyone loved it and ranted and raved about it all night and into the next week. They made me a personal groom plate which was a nice touch.

The food is amazing but let me tell you about the sauce. It's an explosion of flavor sent from the BBQ gods. Enjoy perfectly smoked meats and the most flavorful Mac and cheese in Roseville.
