I do feel bad for the one and only employee that was working here as it is not her fault she was overwhelmed. But we waited for two coffees and two bagels for 30 minutes due to her being the only one there. The bagel sandwich was made wrong and was cold. I also do not understand how that could cost $30. Way overpriced for what it is. If your going to biggby around here go to the meijer one.

The ladies at this location are awesome. I felt bad because the drink I ordered had milk in it and I can't really drink milk. They made my drink with milk alternative with no questions asked. Will return and thanks ladies!! 😊
I’ll take Biggby whenever I can get it being from out of town! Went 2 days in a row and ordered the same exact thing, yet both looked entirely different and I was charged differently so I am not sure how they go about adding up their charges. Even what I would order myself online is less than what I was charged for today. Was not offered a receipt to confirm so I will have to ask from now on.

$3.60 for a black hot coffee at this establishment. They also can’t tell you the price until you pull up to the drive thru window. Gee I wonder why? To guilt trip you into buying it, I should have drove off. Why are your prices almost a dollar more then other Biggby’s for black coffee?
