I love Biggby!! I'm a regular at this location (and baffled by the negative reviews, so I'll share my two cents).
I usually order on the app and by the time I get there, it's ready for me. Super quick, easy, and convenient.
Mistakes are pretty rare. I get sugar free lattes and one time I got a full sugar drink. Not a huge deal, and they're happy to remake it for me.
I've always found the staff to be very sweet and helpful. On the rare occasion when there's been a mistake or when the wait was long, they gave me a coupon for a couple dollars off my next visit.

This is now the second time in 2 weeks I’ve been to this Biggby and gotten the wrong drinks. The first time was last week when it snowed. I ordered a snow bear, I got a snow berry. Honest mistake over the speaker. I went to the window and they fixed my drink no problem. Today, however, I was trying to make it for a coffee before work, so I had a time crunch. I ordered 2 snow bears, for my husband and I, and it tasted like there was no flavor in either drink at all. I had to send my husband on his lunch to go get coffee creamer to give our coffee any sweetness and reheat my latte later… I couldn’t go in for them to fix it because I had to work and wasn’t given a receipt. I won’t be coming back. First time was a mistake, not a problem, but it looks like this is a recurring issue

This location isn't very good. Drinks are always made wrong and it is always a long wait. How do you guys not know how to make the drinks on your menu but still ask for a tip?

I used to go here 2-3 times a week when they first opened. I went back to work recently after a long break and cannot go to this location. They average 5-6 minutes per car. I gave them another shot, figured they got slammed with a big order or something causing this delay. Nope, SLOWER today. I left my house at 6:35, and left the bigby not 5 minutes away at 6:55 with no coffee. There were only 4 cars in front of me to start. I made it through a longer Tim Hortons line in less than 5 minutes total in order to be on time and have coffee to drink. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE SOMEWHERE TO BE!

I’m never 1 to leave a review but I swear this girl deserves it! I’ve worked in fast food myself so I kno how it is to always keep a smile on ur face. She’s always so happy upbeat and friendly! Today I was a little annoying asking a lot of questions but she was so helpful and positive! Her name is mersadies she’s a manager and she’s always there! This biggby has great coffee and service!
