Food's always good but. when I went to get a pickup today was not greeted, but was sitting there for probably about 10 minutes getting lukewarm, knowing it asked what I was waiting for I finally had to ask that I was here for carryout when there's a carryout shelf out on the main floor so a little disappointed in that So probably won't be going back to thid llocation again unfortunately, and usually it's pretty good.But this isn't the first time when the restaurant has not been busy and people are just hanging out and not giving any customer service. It definitely seems service is dtarting to decline here.

We ordered take out breakfast. two carmel apple farmers choice. They forgot my Carmel apple topping on my French toast I waited 20 minutes for my meal after they told me it would take 20 minutes. So i get home with my wife's food and mine and its all cold. we could forgive the eggs they go cold fast but all of it???. my toast was burnt as well. I decided to call about 10 mimites after getting home and trying various parts of my breakfast. the manger said we cant do anything it was placed 40 minutes ago... the manger needs a class on management.

Four of us stopped to get lunch and my sister-in-law found a piece of chicken in her hash browns waitress said we didn't even cook chicken yet this morning Go ahead and take your chances I guess

I haven't been there since I had a hair in my food last time so I gave them another chance the other day when me and my friend had breakfast and low and behold sadly we both had hair in our food which was pretty crappy but we called back and they offered us either a refund or free food so that was nice. But the hot chocolate was so good.
