Ordered whopper Jr meal. No pickle. With cheese. Had pickle and no cheese. The guy that took my order cut me off before I was done. Ordered Jalapeño poppers with ranch they were cold and no ranch. Fries were cold. I sat at the drive through window and had to beep my horn to get the so called employee to get off his phone and open the window so I could get ketchup. I told him I would run his timer up because he was being rude he unplugged it. Bye far the worst Burger King around. Called and asked for a manager he hung up on me. Called back and another so called employee that said he was the manager was very rude and wouldn't listen to anything I had to say. They said their names were chris and Kevin sure that is not the names.of these lazy employees that need.to work and not be on the phones. By the looks of the store it could use a good cleaning.

Worst BK experience ever. Late night order around 2am. Whopper w/ bacon, 2 Classic doubles, fries, and 4 piece nugget.
Had to repeat the order 3 times at the speaker, then finally got it but also noticed an onion ring added to order. Decided to move on and say who cares.
Get to the window, wait forever for the food, finally get the bag handed to me with no words and to be sent on my way. I should have checked the bag.
Ended up with no classic doubles, no onion rings, 7 chicken nuggets, cold fries, cheese curds, and the most disgusting slop of a whopper with RAW bacon!
I now haven't left the throne room all day due to food poisoning as well...
Avoid this BK at all costs until management can find people who actually know how to work a simple job.

This place is terrible I ordered onion rings and they were cold so I asked for some fresh onion rings and the young lady put the old onion rings back in the bin with the other ones 🤢. They need to be investigated.

Order online. Sat inside 10 minutes, was told food just went down. Asked if I couldboicknup in drive thru. Another 15 minutes+. Haven't even gotten my food. Been here since 7:50. Now 8:15. Rediculous

I want to give a big shout-out to the night shift at this Burger King. Last week, my order was missing a sandwich, but I didn’t notice until I got home. When I came back a week later, I mentioned it—not looking for anything free, just letting them know. The night shift team went above and beyond and gave me the missing sandwich anyway, on top of the new order I placed. They were super nice, professional, and made sure I was taken care of. Really great customer service!
