By far the worst experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. Waited 30 min from time order was entered into system till I received the food. Couldn't go in because doors were locked. Drive thru was backed up. Was told to pull up because churro fries weren't ready. Knocked on door, called number no answer. Finally had to walk up to drive thru window and interrupt another order. They completely didn't even remember we ordered. Showed receipt, took another 5 minutes. Order came out cold, wrong, incomplete and they said they were short staffed. Food wasn't even edible. For $23 it was ridiculous.

Why are there children running this place?!?? We sat in the second drive thru was told to hold on 3 times while the cars in the 1st speakers went no problem. This place needs a new owners and new management or just close it down all together. Sad this place isn't even that old. Would love a good burger from Burger King but can't even get service

Ordered cheese sticks i wanted them fresh and hot the line was long so I had to wait anyways when I got to the window I asked the young man were they hot he told the manager they reheate6them the cheese was hard some had no cheese they seem old Will not return to this location.

If your open 24 hours you should have and serve food 24 hours or change your hours and turn off your lights! Seems like upper management should be looking at productivity and see that’s someone’s milking the clock and not making the company money!

The burger king on Gratiot in Clinton Twp. Is in need of a major overhaul. The restaurant floors are sticky and gross. The inside is not clean and the food leaves much to be desired. The tomatoes are not ripe and the whopper was just thrown together.

Good food as always, but sometimes the service is lackluster. I came to bk when I got off work at 3:00am est, arrived to bk at 330am. The cashier told me that breakfast doesn't start for another half hour. I was ok with that because I wanted a whopper. Once I said that, she then says that we are only serving breakfast...make it make sense. I did eventually get my whopper days later.

Kitchen had fries everywhere, Dirt underneath the tables so clearly they don't know how to clean. When I received my food I told the manager that worked there that I wanted my chicken sandwich plain and they couldn't even do that right and when I tried to call and complain it just hangs up tried calling hangs up. Oh and all the food is cold none of it is firstly made they will give you old food first before new food so good luck trying to order

That's an okay place. I wouldn't get the fourth of 5. That doesn't fill my iTunes. I want to bought one cause. I was on a budget. I was super hungry and I went and bought a pizza afterwards. That's how much it really filled me up, it didn't. They need to lower the prices on their food. Dislike your competitors because no one's gonna buy food any more. It's 4 for 5, isn't enough to fill a child up. What a lonely adult.

Food came out very dry. Only pic I took was from my chicken fries which were more like chicken teeth breakers. Fries were heavily salted and almost warm. I get it, it’s Burger King. This would be my second time at this location - there wont be a 3rd.

Ive been going here since it opened and today was the first day that I had an employee that smiled and was very friendly and helpful. She was a younger white girl. I think she was new! Either way. Good hire. They need more people that have good customer service skills like this girl.
