They make you feel welcome and acknowledge you when you come in.
Didn’t get my cookies
Always down with the King. BK burgers and breakfast croissants rule the day. Lately we've been on a chicken sandwich kick. Almost tastes like a breaded chicken cutlet.

Overcharged , employee sitting on counter eating fries out of fry bin no gloves.
Food old proably been sitting for awhile. Called manager was argumentative. I definitely will not be back.
They have the doors locked and super rude. I order in store pickup and they didnt want me to come inside, so i had to wait in drive through line way longer than if they just let me come inside

The whoopers were not off the broiler
Went Saturday night around 9PM. 27 minutes in drive thru line with only 1 car ahead of me. My order was simple, 2 fries, pop, and 2 burgers but it still took that long. When I asked for a water cup at the window the cashier rolled her eyes, shut the window, then filled up a water cup. I was asked to pull up and wait for my order. Inside you can see the staff laughing and messing around, not really working. Absolutely terrible and rude service. The only good thing was my order was accurate

If I could give zero stars I would. Went here twice both times staff was incredibly rude especially the manager
Dining room was closed @8:30 pm.Drive thru was busy. Was hoping Food would be fresh and hot. Food was not hot. Fries cold. Big fish wasn't able to enjoy. Fish was hard and awful. Because I needed to eat being a diabetic, ate the bun and cold fries. Will not be back at this location.
Great customer service great food
I wanted to get breakfast and I waited in the second order line. The other lanes car got done first no big deal. Then they just kept taking the other lane and no one came to the speaker to tell me hold on a minute, nothing. It was dead silent. I was patient for the second car and then the third car got waited on and I started getting very annoyed. I kept saying hello? Does this speaker even work? And still got no response. So then I drive around and the young man that's at the drive-thru window gets the manager and she seems annoyed and takes my order and doesn't even say sorry. She said that she just picked up the microphone when I pulled around cuz she was trying to help out I guess. But didn't even say sorry or anything. Don't have two lanes if you're not going to take orders from them both. Let alone leave someone sitting there and not even have the audacity to apologize. Burger King should reevaluate their managers if they can't even apologize to their customers for literally ignoring them.
Their shake machine is down more than McDonald's..... and that's during the day. They're always out of the promoted food items, that's really bad food management. Unless you are just getting a burger and fries you might as well go to a different spot
