The drive thru moves really SLOW. Order takers have minimum customer service skills. The app sent me out of the way when I was at another location 5 miles Away!!!! Not cool. App won't let customers cancel orders. Inside of restaurant Closed to public

First time I came here, me and my mom went to the drive thru and we were waiting in the drive thru line for a while until we noticed some cars driving out of line cause it was taking so long so we drove out of line and went somewhere else, second time, I ordered through DoorDash and I ordered me and my family food for dinner and it took an hour, when we finally got it, we looked in the bag and the order was messed up, I contacted DoorDash and they gave me a refund, awful experience

I absolutely love coming to this place. They are Pleasant and food is always correct. They read your order back when u get to the window and when they hand you your bag. I will continue to only visit this location as it is the best one.

I placed an order online for just a whopper. Just 1 Was standing there for 15 minutes. I could see my order on their screen & it was obvious they were skipping my order to make other orders. So I never got my food. I would like a refund at minimum
