I just ordered Fish and chicken with okra from here and the fish is not done and looks like they gave me the tail end from the okra bag I will not be ordering from here again you guys just lost a customer management needs to step in

Grease had to be old and chicken was so dried out that you could not even chew it, very slow and workers were rude and on their phones and forgot my drink. I won’t go back, it was gross

This store is absolutely horrible!!!DO NOT ORDER HERE!!! I just placed an order on uber eats and received my order and all 16 pieces were burnt!! I called the store and the girl yells in the phone saying hello as she proceeds to tell me she will let me talk to the manager. He then gets on the phone and goes back and forth with me that my chicken was not burnt and it was freshly made because they ran out of chicken so they made it fresh and it was not burnt because he was the one that made it. I told him I don’t care if the chicken just came from the farm in the back all of my chicken was burnt and not edible….he offered for me to come to the store and get it replaced…what was the point of ordering on uber if I could’ve came and picked it up? I have a newborn and a 6 year old and I’m not bringing them out at 9:30pm because they messed my chicken up!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE!!!! I will be calling and reporting them Monday morning!!

First and only time ordering Captain Jay’s. Got 10 wings, they were very salty and the skin was soggy. Got the shrimp only, not the jumbo. They were so overcooked they were un edible. Worst chicken / shrimp carryout I’ve ever had.

10pc wings and at least 4 of them was freezer dry and over cooked.
Please don't disappoint yourself by going to the Roseville Store!!!

I placed a Togo order with fried okra and fried catfish and jumbo shrimp. When I got home I noticed they forgot my shrimp that I paid for. I gave them a call back to find myself on the phone with someone named Jessica. She proceeded to tell me that I didn’t order jumbo shrimp and hung up on me. When I called her back, she told me that she sees my shrimp right here and that she put me on hold to do a DoorDash. She literally hung up in the middle of me speaking. Then proceeded to tell me that maybe I shouldn’t order my food from here anymore. Very, very rude and every single time we get food from there, we are missing food and it takes an hour to even get our food. Very rude It’s not my fault I paid for food for it not to be in the bag then to call to figure it out and to get disrespected. I asked to speak to a manager and got hung up on once again. Whoever’s name is Jessica and that works there and needs to be fired.

( Ordered on 7/09/24) My chicken wasn’t fried for real, the Perch fish was basically raw, and my fries were very cold. ( Just go to the Captain J’s that you know )

Waste of money, the fish smelled like it was one step ahead of the dumpster. The shrimp were either old or over cooked and rubbery. I won’t go back…ever!
