Charleys Cheesesteaks

Old school cheesesteak was fantastic. Staff were friendly and efficient. I'd highly recommend checking them out.

Better off going to Subway. The sub was full of grease. The bread was not well toasted to the point where all the grease was coming out the bottom of the sandwich and the bread was sticking to the paper, to add to that the sub was extremely cold as if the meat sat for a while, and the cheese was just clumped up on it. I truly tell you do not stop at this one.
Also to add the manager, Rodney is no assist or help customer service matches the food.

Roxanne was amazing. She was pleasant, professional, and incredibly welcoming. Her level of customer service at Charlie’s Steakhouse is exactly what we need to see more of. This is why I love going to Macomb Mall. The food is always fresh and tasty, and the service makes the experience even better.

I had 2 people in my group and we met up with my mother in law and her friend. They messed up my mother in laws food along with her friends which increased our wait time. The lady who did the ordering was perfect she also repeated what we ordered. The one lady who was cooking the food I don't think paid a single attention to what people were ordering. Ordered steak got chicken, didn't want mayo got extra

Polite staff, delicious food made fresh. I had a phillly steak and cheese with everything and the spicy lemon pepper wings. Yum!

Went to this location on Tuesday ordered in house with an older white lady and ate in house. Paid with a 100.00 bill when giving change back they gave us a fake 50.00 bill. Please check all bills coming out of this mall and at this food court.

The food here is very good. Came in once due to other restaurants already being closed and now I come here once or more a week. Fresh, fills me up, packed with flavor and never disappoints.

Restaurants should NEVER have the bathrooms blocked off so you have to leave and walk to the back of the mall to use the restroom or the store next door ?

Wow! Awful. Not sure it is possible to make more errors upon the order of a single sandwich, fries, and a drink. Only good thing to be said about the experience is the young lady taking orders was polite and appeared competent, and the lemonade she served was quite good. Unfortunately, the sandwich was quite the wrong sandwich, and the fries were equally incorrect. There was recognizable beef on the bread, but it was overcooked to the point of beyond dry to nearly burned, and the mushrooms and green peppers I was promised and had anticipated were completely absent. The fries were also not what I ordered, and although the sauce they were drenched in was tolerable, the half cooked soggy grease stick potato slices were not. I watched the guy behind the counter wrap my order and call my number, and when I went to collect it, I asked him to verify the order number, which he did accurately. So, good job to the girl taking orders, but although there were a number of other staff members working behind that counter, the rest of them appeared distracted or apathetic at best, or perhaps something even worse. Impossible to know for sure. Overpriced, and awful. Worst of all possibilities. Never going back.
