Charleys Cheesesteaks

The food here is very good. Came in once due to other restaurants already being closed and now I come here once or more a week. Fresh, fills me up, packed with flavor and never disappoints.

Restaurants should NEVER have the bathrooms blocked off so you have to leave and walk to the back of the mall to use the restroom or the store next door ?

I love Charley’s! Fast and Personable service, food was amazing :) the dinning area was well stocked and clean!

Wow! Awful. Not sure it is possible to make more errors upon the order of a single sandwich, fries, and a drink. Only good thing to be said about the experience is the young lady taking orders was polite and appeared competent, and the lemonade she served was quite good. Unfortunately, the sandwich was quite the wrong sandwich, and the fries were equally incorrect. There was recognizable beef on the bread, but it was overcooked to the point of beyond dry to nearly burned, and the mushrooms and green peppers I was promised and had anticipated were completely absent. The fries were also not what I ordered, and although the sauce they were drenched in was tolerable, the half cooked soggy grease stick potato slices were not. I watched the guy behind the counter wrap my order and call my number, and when I went to collect it, I asked him to verify the order number, which he did accurately. So, good job to the girl taking orders, but although there were a number of other staff members working behind that counter, the rest of them appeared distracted or apathetic at best, or perhaps something even worse. Impossible to know for sure. Overpriced, and awful. Worst of all possibilities. Never going back.

Stood there watching the employees on their phones waiting to be greeted & then an employee walked out & turned right back around to the back??? After 2 minutes someone realized I was standing there and finally handed me my order. Looking through other reviews it seems to be a common issue that they dont want to greet people

The cashier is very disrespectful and rude and you guys should put another person out front and hide her frown in the back. She didn’t smile once and after being greated she couldn’t even say hi, standing at the cash register talking about the other employees as well as leaning against the wall the whole time. She a young black girl with a funky attitude and winged eye liner .put her in the back she has no customer service at all and I lost business today while I was there because of her…Zero for service

0 for service. The two girls (short dark skin and taller light skin) at the cash register were rude, didn’t greet when I said hello, and had attitudes for whatever reason. Don’t get a customer service job if you hate customers.

Not as good as they used to be, on some days but if you catch them on the right day that sub will be the highlight of your day! The new manager is pulling the place back together, I appreciate that!

Staff was extremly rude and you could just tell they HATE white people. Even when they are wrong they play the victim and get an attitude. Restraunt itself is filty, service is beyond slow and nobody even cares. Ill never cone here again and ill be sure to tell everyone how trash tgis place is.
