This is the worst fast food experience I've ever had. I placed an online order, and got there to pick it up about fifteen minutes later. The person at the window couldn't find my order, and then told me that they gave my order to someone else already. I asked her to remake my order and she closed the window in my face without saying anything. After about five minutes, the manager came to the window and said it wasn't her problem (literally exactly what she said) and I had to contact corporate, and she wasn't giving me my order. She was the rudest person I've ever dealt with in customer service. I told her I wanted my order that I paid for and she closed the window in my face without saying anything and walked off again and disappeared out of view. She then popped back into view and took several pictures of me and my wife with her cell phone. At this point, I was getting weirded out as her behavior was so strange. Finally, she came to the window again after another ten minutes. I told her that I wanted my order and let her know I would be contacting corporate first thing in the morning. She then told me that she never told me that wouldn't remake my order (a lie) after I told her that I would be contacting corporate. She then closed the window again, took several more pictures of us, and then a worker brought a bag to the window with our order. The bag only had half of what we ordered so I showed the employee at the window. She again closed the window in my face while I waited there without saying anything, and after about five more minutes she brought the rest of my order to the window. The whole ordeal took about 40 minutes, and it was the least professional experience I've ever had. The line at this point was wrapped all the way around the restaurant. Ontop of all of that, the food was cold and improperly made, which is bizarre since they presumably had to remake my order. Stay far, far away from this place.

This store is just ass period food was nasty and not made right or neat service horrible they just sit there looking dumb wen u ask them to remake your order I don’t who’s back there making the food but they need to get trained on how to make food look neat and nice I will never come back to this store

The girl working the close shift at the window with the black wrap around her head is EXTREMELY rude!

If you're closed for the night, all you have to do is make some sort of contact with the customers instead of ignoring us and screaming at us while you're mopping after we had to knock on the window just to get your attention.

I was there Christmas night at around 11:50pm.

That girl is A SERIOUS problem and so is the aggressive tall dude that was in there with her.

The food was absolutely trash.got a sandwich that was supposed to be toasted and it wasn't. The chicken tenders had a weird brown fluid in the box. I threw it all in the trash.only thing that looked ok was the apple pie. But the way the food looked couldn't trust any of it.

Kyana is rude and disrespectful. The employees don’t care about their customers nor the food we are being served. I’ve came here multiple times different shifts and different days and it’s just terrible. The inside isn’t open.
