Food is pretty good. Not all it's talked up about.. chicken sandwich is dry. They don't put nothing on it. Second time there. Not to impressed when you get home to find out what you ordered is not in your bag.. way overpriced!!

I’ve visited Chick-fil-A locations all over the U.S., but I’ve never experienced such rude and disorganized employees. They have two drive-thru lanes — one for online orders and one for on-site orders — yet the staff had no idea how to manage them. I was told, very rudely, to go back and re-enter the line even though I was already waiting in the correct lane. Totally unprofessional and chaotic service

Great food the employees are always nice cleanest bathrooms i have ever seen in a fast food place. Super crowed I would advise ordering online or app to avoid long wait times.

If i could give a half a star I would, the lady at the register must’ve been a newbie, she messed up the payment and resulted in me getting charged $25 then had to get her manager to help refund my money. They also gave NO FORKS when we ordered mac and cheese, Total inconvenience.

Worst Chick-fil-A.
I had a forgotten sandwich in my first order after paying for delivery and tip.
Thankfully they refunded it.
Then I tried it ONE more time and they messed up my sandwich.
Once understandable but twice is just poorly run.

Every time I order from there they forget an items and the service is really slow even with an order from the app. I will drive out of my way to go to another location. Trying to get a refund for missing items is a chore.
