We dine-in and do the drive through more than I like to admit but the service is always great, orders always right, and they are very accommodating and kind. Not like any other fast food in regard to the dine-in experience because they bring the food to you and occasionally you’ll have a manager or someone check-in with you. The food is so good in my opinion and I love it.

Slow and food has rarely been hot. Felt like I doordashed it. Not Recommended. Del Taco is regularly making my food fresh. Can't compete. Even Burger Kings given me more quality consistently. For the price and wait this is not worth it.

Roseville location is horrible. They first forgot my whole sandwich then i get home and my medium fries weren’t even a small. It’s like 5 fries in this box!
Placed mobile order and had to wait in the mobile thru lane for almost 10 minutes. There were cars piling up behind me and the line was not moving , not sure what was happening but when I received my food it did not taste fresh. Disappointed from a chickfila.

Ive been to a chicken fil a 3 times now and every time its quality food and great service. Its a pleasant surprise to come to a fast food chain and the employees are polite and respectful and do a good job. Rachel served us today and she was just great! Give her a raise!!

This location specifically is bad. The one on hall rd is better. Lazy staff, stingy on sauces and amenities which is crazy considering pricing. This one has been Roseville’d.
