Don’t waste your time. Came in tonight 2/28- was told it was a 45 min wait. Half the restaurant was empty and 3 workers were up front just staring at the people waiting and having personal conversations. When asked why the wait they said half their staff decided to come in late…….. I saw at least 4 groups come in and leave, one did say they would go to the chillis in Rochester. I had a party of 6 that red Robin right up the road had the pleasure of my business and good tip. Your workers were rude, lazy and seemed to have an ulterior motive for why they weren’t sitting anyone. Will never return. On a Friday night there was no excuse for this

Decent food, my order was incorrect 3 times so I actually ended up with a bunch of food. I was there during lunch but the place was less than half of capacity, so I was confused at why my order was incorrect so many times.... but the staff was apologetic and accommodating.

Waited for 20 minutes at the carryout window before being acknowledged. Several people were waiting. Watched the same person prepping orders and answering phones bare hand grab my asparagus and throw it in my carryout container. Absolutely disgusting. You lost me as a customer.

food came out cold and had hair in it. our server was great, can not remember her name though :( the first manager we spoke too about the food, brandon, was very very rude. when i asked for another manager, char came out and was a fantastic help. too bad i will not be returning, as this place has gone wayyy down hill.

The Greater was rude ....I ask may I please get a window seat when available...she said 5 to 10 min I said ok not a problem we can wait me my g.daughter..then she placed at a dark table in the middle....of restaurant I said no sweete I ask for a window seat plz that's why I wanted she got upset n stressed tossed the menu and said mean words under her breath 🫁 I wish I got her name we were there at 2-22-25 around 2:30 p.m.for lunch upon exit she didn't greet us like she did the other customers" Ty for choosing chilli"s have a good day...she look at us and mumble humm.n put her Head back to to her cell phone 📱 it's Kool though..I just tipped my waitress 10 bucks she was fantastic 😻 and so was the cooks ... thanks 👍 I did continue to enjoy my lunchtime with my g daughter n tough her how to respect the public because she ask me questions about why her behavior was unacceptable...I no this is a lot but it's all together true ... Have a Blessed Everybody.

We came here the other day and had an interesting experience. It started off okay. We were given a very unbalanced high top table to start and asked to move. Seemed like a bother even though there were other seats in the same waitress section, The server was nice to start, but not very present. The restaurant was not even that busy. We ordered an appetizer which took a while to get to our table. A table next to us that came some time after received their food before our app. When we got our app the food came out quickly after, not even giving us enough time to enjoy the app. My friend is a pescatarian and had ordered the veggie burger. She even specified to have the guacamole on the side vs the burger. When the burger came out there was no guacamole at all. The beef burger doesn’t come with guacamole. Well she almost bit into a beef burger. Our server didn’t come to check if everything was ok after the food runner dropped off our food. We had to have another server go get our waitress. When she walked over to the table she said “what’s the problem?” We explained that a veggie burger was ordered and the food was sent back, 10 minutes later she did receive the correct order. The manager did come to make sure our food was good. I just highly suggest that when a customer has an issue with a mistake that was made by you, you should approach a table with just saying what’s the problem as for some they may not take it well. We totally got the vibe that there was assumption being made from the server we were not a “good table”

Possibly the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Went with 2 other people and were waiting almost 20 minutes before we finally got a server which took our order for drinks and then we waited 30+ minutes and never received drinks! We just ended up leaving the wait time is ridiculous they have enough time to grab every employee to do 15 birthday songs but can’t serve someone drinks who’s been waiting 30+ minutes ridiculous. Nothing against our waitress but something has to be done here, I’ve never in my entire life seen a restaurant ran like this, managers and owners should be ashamed.
It was at 8pm on a Tuesday, way not busy at all! No reason service should have been that bad.

Did takeout on 12/29, called chili's cause I accidentally put in wrong 1, tge person was trying give someone else order not once but twice. Than told me my food would be ready, got to restaurant 10 min. Got home food was cold and nasty, sorry Chilli's I will stick with applebees. NEVER EVER AGAIN 100
Service sucked. Rude waitress. Bathroom was disgusting. Feces and urine on seats and floor. The door didn't even lock and no soap. Needs to be shut down. Nobody was around to talk to and they wouldn't care anyway.

Went here on a Sunday night for dinner. My daughter ordered some kind of chicken rice lettuce bowl, my wife and I ordered chicken/steak fajitas to split. After 30+ minute wait they brought my daughter's Bowl and shrimp/chicken fajitas. As soon as they set fajita down we had them take them right back and explained that was a wrong order. About 25 minutes later we got steak/shrimp fajitas. SMH. My daughter had been done eating we just asked for a to go container and remove the food they didn't give us from our bill. That's what they did. No apology no manager trying to compensate a pop or something. Nothing from the waitress either. Very disappointing. My son ended up staying home and wanted us to bring him Pizza back because last time we were here we had a bad experience also. We added another pizza from jets to the order for my wife and I. We won't be back.
