I came in craving the Carne Asada tacos, but the meal was extremely disappointing. The meat had several pieces so tough and chewy that I had to spit them out. The Sofritas taco was soggy and tasted terrible, and both Sprites I ordered tasted nothing like Sprite. Overall, awful experience — I won’t be returning.

I sent my wife to get food because I was craving it..lord why did I want this..she had to ask for fresh chicken and the guy told her none fresh was coming up but he lied ..the guy behind him brought some up..this location is terrible, their back line is always messy and you always have to ask for fresh food! They’re just sloppy..that chicken was salty and burnt..they need to close and hire new employees

Young girl making the bowls had a really bad attitude problem and i waited over 5 minutes for someone to check me out while all the employees were standing in the back just watching me not get serviced.

Horrible service, they'll give your food to the wrong customers and refuse to remake it. Take your money elsewhere.
What do you mean you don’t have soft shell tacos in stock?
The girl working at the register at 1120am on Friday 28th is a rude nightmare. No hello, barely speaking above a whisper and ABSOLUTELY rude when I asked for the vinagrette for a second time (wasn’t told they were out the first time and I LITERALLY SAW IT ON THE BAR) and she must’ve been angry she had to walk 10 feet to look. Don’t work in customer service if MISERY is your baseline.

Went there today August the 11th, horrible experience AGAIN, I purchased chips and queso and they didn’t give me my chips, I was also missing my kid’s chips and drink, employees were busy talking to each other instead of LISTENING to what customers are asking for… and the cashier also gave me an attitude when I asked for the things I was missing.
On top of that, there were no napkins, no plastic silverware either and everything was messy and dirty. This store needs new management and needs to retrain their employees on customer service.

This place is a pure joke, majority of the employees have nothing but toxic attitudes and respond to you as if you’re bothering them. Also there tends to be a tendency of trying to overcharge.

Bad service. Don't compensate your for errors made on your order. Poor quality food. A person cut in line of me thinking my order was theirs. Instead of putting me in front of the line they made me get back in line and I waited another 20mins. No they did not compensate me for my time. Also never mobile under because they will under serve you even when you pay for double portion.

This store is so slow I don’t order anymore and decided to let my daughter order a burrito. 7 people in line, the food is pre cooked so there’s no reason to take 50 minutes EVERY single time

I’m surprised by all the low star reviews. This is my go to chipotle. Sure, they can get busy, but everyone just needs some patience. I always walk in for my order and never had any issues. Sometimes the wait can be long but that’s expected. Every has always been friendly with me.

The First Lady was really nice, I wish the second girl had smiled she was pretty! The food was really good, however the store was very messy. The drink station wasn’t stocked and dirty. All the tables were dirty, we had to sit at a dirty table because it was not slammed but a few groups were in the same time as us. I like this location, but first impression was not great. And also…take the garbage out. It’s overflowing

I don’t normally leave reviews but this place was so bad I feel others need to be warned and it brought to corporates attention. When I walked in the girl at the counter did not acknowledge me for probably a good 5 minutes. She avoided eye contact with me and slowly put on gloves when she finally looked at me with no enthusiasm and said what can I get you. She definitely seemed annoyed or put off by even having to be there. The whole interaction honestly just made me want to turn around and walk out but I haven’t had chipotle in a while so I overlooked it. When I went to leave the only silverware they had stocked was forks. All the spoons and knives were gone and no napkins. When I got home to eat the food was bland and some of the steak didn’t taste cooked. The chips were overly salty and greasy. For 26 dollars I’m absolutely appalled by the terrible service and quality of food. Unfortunately after coming on here to write this, it appears many others have experienced the same thing. I will not be coming back here but it doesn’t seem like they will care.
First time I've had Chipotle in a very long time. The team was super friendly, handled a rush like true champs, on point with portions, And! Actively changing out for fresh ingredients during the rush.
Thanks for the quesadilla that I ordered too late! (During said rush)
