rock hard and dry! bought a whole big pack and they were awful! there was no date on the box or anything to indicate when they were made or when they’d expire. there’s no was these were fresh.

Cold Wind

Update 9/7:Customer service is still terrible. Some of the employees are just gossiping and talking bad about other employees and I’m just trying to get a Cinnabon. Very unprofessional.I have been going to this Cinnabon for awhile now and had no problems. 8-6-2023 the lady told me she’s closing early almost an hour before they close. Then the second worker was telling everyone else who stepped in line that they were sold out when you could clearly see there was dough stocking in their fridge. They ended up cooking more Cinnabons for 15 minutes but still we’re not serving any. I drive almost 30 minutes to get a Cinnabon because the one near me closed and this was just a disappointment.
