I’m giving this review for the young lady that was on the auntie Annie’s side last week. She told me her name was Mya. My two sons and daughter were very excited about getting the pretzel and cinnamon bites. My daughter got a cinnamon roll. Mya was very polite and friendly I’ve been to this location several times and I’ve encountered attitudes from two young girls from a couple of months ago so I feel this young lady was deserving of a review. On June 2, 2025, I went to purchase 3 Cinnabons without icing at the Cinnabon location inside Meijers on Little Mack and 13 Mile Road. The worker stated at first, it would be a few hours before she could prepare the order. Then she said they can't and don't do orders like that. I stated they do orders like that at Macomb Mall Cinnabon, then she said we'll we don't. She was pleasant, but customer satisfaction/service with her was a complete 0. I will never return to the Cinnabon's located in Meijers on 13 Mile Road and Little Mack location.
I went to the Macomb Mall Cinnabon location and the gentlemen who took my order provided excellent customer service. He made my order with a smile. He get all 5 stars.

I was humiliated in front of the entire store by Abigail, who claimed to be the store Manager. Abigail refused to take my order because I pointed at the glass to show my husband which Cinnabon that I wanted. I asked her what the problem was, and she stated she could not take our order because we touched the glass. I feel racially discriminated against, as she was very pleasant and nicely took the orders of the White Ladies in front of me in line. This is one of the most humiliating experiences that I have ever had. I was very excited to get a Cinnabon , just to be turned away. The establishment is nice and clean but I feel that they need better staff that know how to give adequate customer service.
