Walked in to grab some ice cream on Saturday evening on Feb 8, 2025 and the young lady who was taking orders was very rude. She had such a nice nasty attitude my boyfriend and I did not feel welcomed at all . Otherwise we loved our ice cream per usual .

Ordered on website for delivery and promised delivery by 8:30 , 9:05 we call and they tell us they will refund us the delivery charge and tip that I paid but I have to pick up the order. I go to pickup the order and now they tell me my order has been picked up. Way to drop the ball Coldstone, bad business if you ask me. Wont be returning to this shitshow.

Moving from a state that didn’t have Cold stone ice cream - my kids and I were delighted to move near this place at first. But after MULTIPLE times of having BAD EXPERIENCES I am done with this establishments. This is the 4-5th time to say the least of HORRIBLE EXPERIENCES that we have had at this Place in ROSEVILLE!!! We will NOT be returning here. & We haven’t been here in MONTHS due to this very reason. EMPLOYEES & OWNER having HORRIBLE ATTITUDES/employees on there phones, hostile, etc. Owner not holding there employees accountable- Today this place was EMPTY & for them to give me and my baby ice cream with this HUGE CHUNKS OF OREOS, cookie dough & kit kats is ridiculous. My 7 year old daughter has a WHOLE PIECE Of REECE that hasn’t even been crunched down my daughter could’ve choked. There was only myself and another customer w/ 2 employees and the portion she gave her was HORRRRIBLE !!! I am completely OVER this place & will be going to the one in Warren on Schoenherr from here on out.

My experience was very poor. Usually, when I walk into your store i’m greeted with a smile and a “hi welcome to cold stone!” Today was a little different. I came in at 3:55PM. A male employee walked in right before me assuming his shift started at 4. 2 females were already behind the counter, I walked in and was not greeted. I made eye contact with both females they turned back to each other and starting laughing and talking again. Wow! Then I stand by the counter ready to order, eventually after there conversation was over I was approached with a what can I get for you. So I said Hi! and got looked at and nothing in return. So I ordered, I was a bit thrown off about the greeting so it look me a minute. So I looked at my fiancé and told him I did not get greeted so do not give a tip. I assume they were upset I came in at 3:55 when their shift ended at 4 and they wanted to leave right away and I was stopping them from that because I was a customer paying for service and it was terrible. They both walked out giggling shortly after I got into my car.

We had to wait 20 minutes to get a small box of chocolates. None of the employees had an idea about how to fill a box of chocolates. They could barely figure out how to operate a scale. They promised us a free carameled apple to compensate for the inconvenience and ended up charging for it. I have never dealt with employees so clueless in my entire life. Would never recommend or visit this establishment ever. A McFlurry would be a better experience.

I bought a quart of ice cream. It's a little pricey, but soòoo darn good. Best ice cream in the world.

This place was really, really awful. To begin, no greeting or help or any customer service skills whatsoever upon arrival and when viewing our options. No smiling faces, no how are you, no, "would you like to try a sample?" Didn't even ask if we were ready to order just stared at you.The kids cone is a literal joke. They couldn't fit anything in it. The paper wouldn't come all the way off so you are forced to eat a little paper/adhesive. No cake cones to offer kids. They didn't have different size waffle cones so when I got one scoop of ice cream the cone was much higher level than the ice cream where you couldn't eat it together. The ice cream had a really weird aftertaste to it resulting in me throwing mine away.Lastly, they have no tables and chairs here to sit and eat the ice cream ordered. Do they really expect families to let their kids eat ice cream in their cars???? This is crazy and ridiculous.I've lived nearby this place and have never stepped into this place until today and instantly regretted it. Definitely will not be a returning customer.

This was my first experience at Cold Stone. I had been craving an apple pie ice cream and they were able to make it. It was perfection.
