Service was terribly slow, not sure who was at fault, but it took two or three times longer than usual.

Decided to have breakfast here today. So glad we did. After a day of crappy customer service elsewhere yesterday, this was a breath of fresh air! Kindly greeted and seated by our waitress Tammy. Outstanding customer service; attentive, friendly, efficient. Made us feel right at home. Loved the roar and smell of the fireplace. Had the Mommas French Toast. Excellent. After breakfast we shopped for Christmas gifts in the store front with so many wonderful items at great prices! Checking us out was Frederick. Also a very friendly, kind associate who rung up our purchases. Then he went the extra step; literally followed us to wish us a good day and held the door for us as we left. You just don’t get that level of service these days. But today we did at Cracker Barrel Roseville!
(There was another nice lady on the floor helping me find items, sadly didn’t catch her name).
Just WOW for this entire experience! Every employee was friendly and helpful. This was customer service at its’ finest! We will be back! Highly recommend!

Food is always cold. Raw bacon sent back but still brought back under cooked. Waited for tea and muffins that were going to brought out right away. No straws, silverware and now waiting for my card to be refunded x4 days. 🤷‍♂️

Worst service I’ve ever received in my life. Waitress got our order wrong three times. Perhaps trainees shouldn’t start out serving parties of 9.

Food was okay and the servicer was very nice. However, There was a lady in the gift shop that was running the counter, takeaway, and walking around the gift shop was rude. Wish I got her name. She was acting like a manager but needs to know how to talk to people.

Waited over an hour for pancakes. Everyone around me ate and left, I set for two rounds of tables before my food came out. Even when it came out and was brought to me by a manager, you can tell that the grill wasn’t properly cleaned before my dish was prepared. Also was still missing part of my dish, on top of still having to pay after being here for two hours and only being able to enjoy a cup of coffee, one sausage and a pancake. Manager didn’t seem of any use, as she displayed to not be actually phased at all. I’m disappointed not because I work at a restaurant and know how it’s suppose to operate, as a customer I was completely let down. Sucks because I come often, several times a week. Just learned with today’s visit to not come past 4 o’clock, as I usually don’t do.

In and out with no issues. They even gave us an option to have gluten-free. I just wish it was a smaller size menu for that. Our waitress was very nice and accommodating to us and we thanked her very much. Our card couldn't work at the register to give her some change so we went and got some. Only because we didn't trust that they would tip her the amount she well deserved.

I have got two carry out orders, in the last month, the chicken fried steak was so hard I couldn't cut it... the mashed potatoes were so hard, like chunks.. last week, I ordered a breakfast, the country gravy was the worst I have ever had.. with the biscuits n gravy.. I also had the meatloaf and mashed potatoes, again, they were so hard, like chunks... I also got the country green beens, which usually has bacon and tastes great.. they tasted like they just opened a can of green beans ! I've also had the chicken and dumplings dinner.. only like 2 pieces of chicken, and a bunch of really doughy dumplings ! I love the store products... but. I'm really not liking the carry out! Not sure if the food is better if I sit in the restaurant ??? Not happy with the carry out food tho...

I’ve made plenty of attempts to continue to patronize Cracker Barrel and with each visit I’ve been disappointed. For my waitress being unable to multitask and service each table to our food, being extremely cold and or not tasteful.
