Out of town & decided to visit Culvers. Walking in, we were greeted & asked a series of questions to make the process a little easier. We spent not even a full $40 for 3 meals.
The only complaint I had is the lemon wedges on my crinkle cut fries as I have a citrus allergy.
The customer service, vibes, cleanliness, & smiles were 5 🌟 across the board! Samiya & Makiyah (sorry if I butchered your name ladies) were AMAZING! Thank you for making the experience that much better!

Went into Culver’s at 6:57pm on 12/17/2024 to order food. Doors were locked. I was able to walk in because a customer was walking out. Once inside, Employee says sorry dinning room is closed. I then walk out. Another gentleman in the parking lot was trying to go inside as well. Door was locked for him obviously. 2 gentlemen just trying to support Culver’s and get some food around 7pm. Google says 10pm. Please post new lobby hours, update Google, or hold employee accountable.

Waited in the drive thru for approximately 15 minutes when there were few cars in front of me and everyone in the restaurant was eating. There was no need for an extended wait, if I wanted to pull over and park to wait for my food, then I would have done so and entered the building. Apparently the ladies working inside were just running their mouths and making people wait for their dinner. Go somewhere else or pre-order the food and still expect a wait.

Made a complaint about a poorly made drive thru order I received and never heard back from corporate, quality and service has gone down throughout the years. I’m not the type to complain but I will not be coming back to this location. Pretty disappointing.

I usually go in at night and it's somewhat busy.I get the same thing every time. The manager that works there.She is amazing.She runs a tight ship. Although my concern with the food is even if you work the front counter and you have braids.Or long hair you should wear hair net. It's just unsanitary to be working around food with your hair Hanging down like that. But overall the food is amazing.Just need to keep up with the health codes a little better.

We love Culver’s and never leave reviews, but the 4 times we have ordered drive through at this Culver’s in particular, our order has been wrong every time. Today we ordered singles, confirmed by the person taking our order, and were rung up for doubles. We asked for one with no cheese and no tomato, both came with those ingredients added. Other times our deluxe burgers have been given to us with ONLY burger and bun, items have been missing entirely from our order, etc. Staff is not rude, but seems distracted, like they do not want to be working.
