Culver's hit all the marks! Good food, good service, atmosphere and one area that's never listed, but should be. CLEAN! The dining area and the bathroom were not neglected. Will go back soon.

As I sat down, I heard a group complain of poor service. I thought they were being dramatic, but no, they were right!
I’ve never had a bad experience at a Culver’s, but this one was awful. Sat down and placed an order, it took 30 minutes to get to the table, after asking about it. Multiple people got their food who had ordered after us. Fries were cold, and they didn’t even give us everything we ordered.
There were many people at the front counter but for some reason they kept having this one kid answer all of the questions, which maybe they were training him, but for my small order to take that long, they should probably read the room and just help the customer.
Choose any other location. Please.

Don’t try the “Skip the line” table markers - they will just forget about you. Then forget 1/3 of the order. Any time you ask “they’re still working on it”
Go to Meijer right behind this location and make yourself some hamburgers at home. I promise it will be faster and at least you’ll get everything you paid for.

Longer wait in the drive thru this trip but food was good and fresh as usual . Update ; Food here was good , but the drive-thru just keeps getting slower. I don't know what the problem is here , but it's about to lose my business. It was not busy at all .

I don't think this is fast food. This Culver's is always busy and that's a good sign. Friendly staff. Great burgers, fries, shakes, frozen custard...I only wish it was a little closer to home.

Second time reviewing, because they're that trash, they take forever to place your order and then bring you the wrong stuff
This was the worst experience I have ever had at a Culvers. Lucky to get 2 stars. Why would you make fries ahead and let them sit in the window for 20 minutes. How does the burger come out cold and extremely greasy. Left a bad taste in my mouth. Waited patiently for 22 minutes for this awful experience.
