I always come here for concrete mixers which are really good. I just went and ordered three concrete mixers, one of the mixers had three add ins of Reese’s, I even paid extra and I’m not kidding there was maybe 5 tiny Reese’s in the entire mixer, it was basically all ice cream. My other two mixers had salted caramel which they didn’t even add. They also barely put the mix ins for those mixers as well. It’s just so disappointing I pay this money and the product is basically just ice cream with no mix ins which is the whole point. Makes me not want to go to this location anymore.

Went through the drive thru it was so many cars waiting to get there food I only went there because my grandson was hungry that was the closest restaurant never again they need to hire more workers

While the service was okay, the food wasn't. I placed my order using Uber while I was sitting in the parking lot, but my burger looked like it had been sitting in the bag for days 😕. I've never had Culver's burger that was so bad. It was so disappointing. If I hadn't made it all the way home I would have gone back. This thing looked like a McDonald's cheeseburger from a kid's meal.

Tried this place for the first time. Crinkle french fries tasted good. Hamburger was seasoned well. I’d say it was close to a Mc ds bun. Really tasted close to a Mc ds cheeseburger but with a seasoned patty. Ordered a carmel ice cream and happy with it. I’d come back for ice cream and a burger again. A little pricey. Overall satisfied.

As I sat down, I heard a group complain of poor service. I thought they were being dramatic, but no, they were right!
I’ve never had a bad experience at a Culver’s, but this one was awful. Sat down and placed an order, it took 30 minutes to get to the table, after asking about it. Multiple people got their food who had ordered after us. Fries were cold, and they didn’t even give us everything we ordered.
There were many people at the front counter but for some reason they kept having this one kid answer all of the questions, which maybe they were training him, but for my small order to take that long, they should probably read the room and just help the customer.
