If you’ve ever wondered what happens when “basic customer service skills” and “accountability” both take the day off, this is the place for you.

For context, I have a peanut allergy and something as small as a single bite can trigger a severe allergic reaction. So you can only imagine where I’m about to go with this review. I contacted them immediately after I realized they gave me a blizzard that contained nonetheless you guessed it, PEANUT BUTTER. Naturally, I expected at least an “I’m sorry we almost poisoned you.” But instead received a crash course on how to say “policy” in 17 different ways. No receipt (which they didn’t give me), no problem solving, just “come back with your card” like that somehow cancels out the whole “wrong order + allergic reaction” part. Five stars for communication if the goal was to send this situation straight into oblivion.

Also impressive: the complete lack of urgency. You’d think “customer might have just had an allergic reaction” would rank slightly above “reciting company policy” but apparently not here. I understand mistakes happen. But doubling down, refusing to take accountability, and then making the customer jump through hoops for a lowsy $7 refund? I’m terrified to see what you’d do in an actual life threatening situation

If you’ve read this far, thank you, seriously. Because I have a strong feeling the owner of this establishment won’t, unless it somehow violates their “company policy.”

Grabbed a good 6 piece Chicken meal with an online coupon I had. Fresh, hot, and the gentleman at the window was kind. Thank you for the great service! I'll be back for sure. :)

So disappointed in this store. Ordered through a mobile app and they made the order wrong. Manager refused to refund my money nor did he offer to remake the order. Instead, he chose to argue with me. They would not do anything to make it right. They told me to call corporate - how convenient - corporate doesn't do refunds either. I would avoid this Dairy Queen....it has gone downhill since the new owners took over.

They just took my money without giving me my foods and they kept saying there system is slow bullshit

I didn’t believe these reviews until I went… but when we arrived I knew I would LOVE this Dairy Queen! That first lick of my chocolate ice cream with sprinkles was so cold and perfect. The flavor was bursting and the service at the window was great! All of our order was made perfect. Thank you Dairy Queen!! 🍦

The new moderation store looking awesome look so.. good and we brought foods and ice cream was very nice and burgers taste very juicy and hot
