workers at 12:05 am on november 16th said “we’re down for maintenance” and then we stated we had already had a mobile order that has gone through, he said “i was just playing”… investigate the lazy workers asap because if they’re that incompetent to take orders, they’re definitely not competent to practice standard sanitation.

It was nice and toasty inside while it was cold outside, so that was nice. When you order to dine in, you have to use the kiosk and the one closer to the door doesn't accept payment.

Horrible del taco,I keep giving them chances when I DoorDash but they mess up everytime,then when they do mess up they never wanna answer the phone.i ask for 30 sauces bc I know if I don’t I get none.but even when I do I still get like 3-5.ill order again just to get a little bit more sauce..today I didn’t get the sauce I wanted and not even enough at that so I ordered something small and some sauces…and you can Alr guess that it didn’t go well…my dasher informed me that they gave him problems and tried not to give him the sauce but they ended up giving it to him..get this dem taco in check this isn’t even funny anymore.

I had to order using the kiosk and paid with my card. When the food was brought to me I asked if I could have a cup for water. The lady said it would be 27 cents. I didn't have any cash or change on me. So I didn't get any water. Seems very petty.

They had forgotten my son's quesadilla. And my wife's queso. Apparently he was missed on the order when I said it going through the drive-thru. Not to mention the fact that the food was not appetizing and ended up throwing most of it away.

Go to literally any other restauraunt near by.

You can clearly TASTE the disgustingly dirty grill on your burger. Teach your employees to not cook on top of burnt food/grease.
