waited 5 mins to order and 20 mins to get my food when there were three total cars in the drive thru. ordered a steak burrito and got chicken even after the lady specified what kind of STEAK burritos they had. I understand if maybe they were short staffed, but ive worked fast food and this was disappointing.

I was absolutely confused about the menu as I've never been to Del Taco 🌮. The person on the speaker 🔊 was absolutely patient with me as fussy as I was lol. He took his time and explained every question I had.when I arrived at the window 🪟, he was very kind and helpful. I asked for his name and he said Lennon. I have never encountered such professional behavior from someone at a drive thru. Thank you Del Taco for this kind gentleman, not to mention my order was exactly as I asked. I will be back. Thanks again Lennon.

If you haven't had their breakfast you have been sleeping too long. Get up and get you some breakfast. Stopped here out on a whim for breakfast and it is awesome! Better than the taco bell.

The place was clean. The crew was busy at the drive up and ready inside. The healthy improvements on the menu are appreciated. More plant based items please! MAHA! All of the items I ordered were warm and tasty.
Vegetarian options: Please add something to the menu that is an item made for a healthy plant based diet that doesn't feel like we are getting ripped off because you remove a protein and don't charge less for it.
Parking: The parking lot traffic flow design is poor. I know from talking to older folks at the senior center they like the food, but the design of the traffic flow causes unexpected surprises. Unexpected surprises= merging lanes, poorly designed entry and exit. They don't like that, so they don't go there.

I live a mile from this location and tonight was another reminder on why I go to the other Del tacos and avoid this one. The reason why it has the lowest rating in a 20mile radius is because of its poor customer service. I was asked to hold on before I could order for almost 10min. Then 45min in a 2 car line. All of my experiences have been similar.

Nice staff. Issue was my steak quesadilla had dry microwaved cheese… and my churros were extremely burnt. They were inedible.
The fries fell all the way on the bottom of the bag. I didn’t ask for any sauce but they fill the whole bag halfway full with sauce???
