Robbed me i paid 120 dollars for crab legs 2 corn on the cobs 4 potatoes and 8 shrimp the manager treated me like I was scum and he said he would kick my ass. Because I asked for an explanation on why it was like this

Went there on a Wednesday evening at 6:50 PM. Less than half of the restaurant was filled and there was a 30 minute wait with several other couples waiting. Host advised us that there’s only two servers in a bartender didn’t show up. Clearly management has issues here. I will not be returning ever again.

Our waitress Tia was the best👌

Food is usually up to expectations, fast and hot. Customer service this time was trash. Employee was unaware of menu and unhelpful served with a side of attitude. He continue telling me the items I wanted wasn’t on the menu even after I said I’ve ordered it from here multiple times before. He also kept putting me on hold. Hall rd location was too far or else I would’ve went there just due to that alone. I’m big on customer service and that was bad.

This was my first time trying hook and reel ever and honestly its over hyped it not good at all The only good thing about my time here was Katrina my server she was great i didnt like my drink the manager came out and basically told me i had to drink it and i couldnt switch it out for another drink or anything, but Katrina found a way to get me the drink i wanted so thank you Katrina. Then the food was a NO ,noodles was mushy ,corn was mushy ,crab legs was cold everything was really a mess -10 out of 10 would not recommend

Food was fresh, especially the fried shrimp! Our waiter Michael H. was very accommodating and his vibe was nice. His customer service was great! I’d definitely return just to see him.
