I used to enjoy eating Hooters food but they no longer make the large onion rings they make the skinny toothless onion rings then when you asked for something they don’t give it to you I will not be ordering any more carry outs

Today I ordered food through grub hub around 6 today. I ordered some wings from this hooters. When my Grub hub driver got there the hostess told him that I had already came and picked up my order. (Which why would I do that? I am ordering Grub hub because I am lazy and don't want to go get the food myself) but besides the point grub hub calls me and tells me this. I tell them that I never picked it up and still want my food. Grub hub tells me they will give me a call back once they get it sorted out. I do not hear back for over 20 minutes... I am now hangry. So I call grub hub the lady tells me the best she can do is cancel my order hooters will not remake my wings. So I call hooters and here we go. McKenna from hooters answers and I explain to her what happened and she goes "actually I didn't tell them you picked it up I said someone else did and I gave them the wrong bag" okay so I'm thinking if you gave someone my order on accident why is this a huge thing... you literally only have to remake my wings and be on with your night. So she hands it he phone over to her manager and he asks if McKenna told me what happens I said yes. He goes well I am going to make this right I just need to call grub hub but their customer service is horrible blah blah blah.... I am thinking why are you blaming grub hub for your mistake... so he then starts telling me that I should use door dash instead of Grub hub. First off I thought you were the manager at hooters not a sales rep for Door Dash. So he says he's gonna call grub hub and get me my wings as soon as possible. He asks for my contact information and tells me he will get back to me. Well it has been now 45 minutes since I spoke with the manager, over 2 hours since I ordered my dinner. All I want is my damn wings and they close at 9. So I am assuming I will not get my wings and I suggest not ordering from here. I am now editing my review the manager has now called me and tells me he's been waiting on hold for an hour with grub hub... he's clearly lying and he goes my advice to you is to call Grubhub and B********* ITS NOT GRUBHUBS FAULT! To sum it up I didn't get dinner tonight.

Hello my family and I visited this location, it was our first time going to any hooters restaurant ever. Our server was very un-attentive & not timely at all, her Service was very poor.Example : Seeing it was our first time visiting I asked to sample some sauces for my chicken when the server was taking our orders, I got my samples a few seconds before my order came out, which was inconvenient to me seeing that I was unable to have my chicken cooked with the sauce and now could only get a side to “dip” my chicken in. I also had a spill(my pop) Which the server was aware of because she came to our table maybe 2x or so after The accident & never cleaned it up smh also didn’t offer to bring us any extra napkins so we could complete it ourselves, which we did try with what we had. I had to ask for refills as well.I also witnessed a customer come in without a mask, waiting to be seated talking on his phone not far from our table unfortunately, basically refuse to wear a mask and was still seated. He was asked by the host if he needed a mask and said no, “he rather not wear one” so unfortunately they are not obeying by the Covid rules either smh . Sad to say but we won’t be back to this restaurant again. Only good thing was the food was good but definitely over priced

We have been enjoying the food here for years. This has been one of our favorites. With the covid pandemic we have not been dinning in anywhere. We frequent restaurants that provide curbside pick up. The last time we ordered the waitress brought the food out and said that this was the last time we will do curbside. I told her, well this is the last time I will order from Hooters. She didn't seem to care. We have not ordered from here since. There are so many restaurants that offer great service. Curbside is critical in today's world. Sorry Hooters you lost a long time customer. I'll never be back!!

Hello Hooters, this is the guy who comes in regularly with a dog. I love coming here. Great food and great service. I came in on 11/15/20. Waitress was Madelyn. She does a super good job. I know that restaurants are closed now for dine-in service but when the restriction is banned you should bring Madelyn back and give her a raise. 5 stars to Madelyn. The bacon Mac & Cheese burger is delicious. Macaroni & Cheese with bacon on a burger is a great combination. I love it. 5 stars to both hooters and Madelyn.
Food was horrible I sent my nachos back my wings were cold veggies were dry wit no taste at all. Service was so slow one waitress that kept touching the trash can. My drink was on point that's why I gave them a two!! Won't be back.

The boneless wings , the onion rings and the Hamburgers. The service is Phenomenal and top notch. I give it 10 stars because Hooters is a Phenomenal restaurant and everyone is awesome and nice to you.

Tiffany and staff were very kind and yes very nice attire, atmosphere and patronage. Made a new friend at the bar as we chatted for some time over a Bells draft. Surprised and flattered they carded me. Awesome wings, gift shop and easy to locate for it's on a corner. Next door is a putt putt cource and nearby a mall. Thx for the great service guys.

This was a horrible experience. Our drinks took 20 minutes. The food took over an hour and a half. Appetizers never came. After our meal the check took forever as well. In all we were there for exactly 2 hours and the place wasn't even half filled. The waitress was apologetic.

My credit card got skimmed at the hooters in Roseville mi , it was the only place I have handed over my card and not been able to see them charge my card , and it so covenant that some one try to charge a 1600 dollar tv from Best Buy , luckily my bank declined it and caught it and canceled my card , I will never go there or to any hooters again in my life and I usually go there to watch fights and games ,
