I placed an ordered here and asked for the pizza well done but it was BURNT. Calls the store to tell the manager about my issue she tells me she can only give me a pizza at half off. The pizza crust and cheese was literally BURNT. I never had this problem at this location after this issue I’m done ordering here. All you can offer is me paying half is ridiculous the PIZZA WAS LITERALLY BURNT!

MANAGER REBECCA 33 M. This MANAGER lacked accountability & accused me of giving her “ATTITUDE” AFTER i repeatedly told her that the order she gave me was WRONG! I ordered 2 LARGE pizzas & hungry 3 cheese howie bread- after sitting a large box and a medium box on the counter I CONSTANTly explained to her that that WAS NOT my order & she told me IT WAS! Even tried to explain to her the lady that I placed the order with. Charged my card 20.53 I told her my order was $36 and some change. After seeing that that was NOT MY NAME ON THE RECEIPT & the spelling & number & telling her AGAIN that that was NOT MY NAME OR MY PHONE NUMBER she finally believed that this was not my order. after accusing me of giving her attitude This HORRIBLE human then tries to APOLOGIZE for her wrong doing which caused me to ACT OUT OF CHARACTER. After refusing to refund me my money & refused to give me my order- She threatened to call the POLICE ON ME for a scene SHE CAUSED! Then was very COCKY & arrogant when I asked her to speak with her superior She replied she was THE HEAD at this establishment…
I JUST SPOKE WITH CORPORATE & have reported THIS RACIST & RUDE MANAGER that they have on PAYROLL. Rebecca its because of PAYING CUSTOMERS LIKE myself you have a JOB. Watch how you treat people & take ACCOUNTABILITY FOR YOUR WRONG-doing. THIS LADY NEEDS TO BE REMOVED & I will never spend a dime at this place ever AGAIN!!!

I have ordered from here numerous times through their website and I’ve never had an issue until tonight. I ordered at 8 o’clock and now that it’s 10 o’clock pm. The driver that was delivering my pizza from their company says they came to my door but the entire time I’ve been sitting on my steps with the tip money, and no one showed up. I even have camera’s. Now the manager is literally telling my wife and me that we're basically lying. That’s pure disgusting when my wife is telling you that your driver is lying, we have proof with our cameras and plus I’m sitting on my steps. Management definitely needs to be re-trained and when a loyal customer is telling you what happened. Maybe listen because you have a bad employee. You were just disrespectful and definitely didn’t represent Hungry Howies at all. I didn’t even receive a call either. lol. Straight up sad.

Ordered a sub they put NO lettuce on it! Or on the side, I called they didn’t answer so called next day and they only took 15 percent off!! It was a disgusting meat and grease sub that I did not even get to eat!!! Subs have lettuce the managers horrible did not fix the issue still charging me full price besides $.30!!! INSANE !! I spend way too much money at this location for this treatment, I will never go back!
