It was my first time ever in jimmy john I wasn’t greeted when I came in. I was in there for a couple of minutes before someone talked to me the two guys that were there you tell they had attitudes. I was asking questions about the menu and you could tell they didn’t want to be bothered I will not be going back to this establishment

I don't know how many Engineers work for Jimmy John's but all I wanted was a turkey sandwich oven roasted and these people looked at me like I was the crazy one I'm so glad these grown people hate their job

The sandwiches are always consistent. You know what to expect. Fresh bread always, its fast, some what inexpensive and they are always friendly.

The lady working with gauges is rude and disrespectful.
Bossy and very short tempered with me and my son, but jolly go lucky to all the men behind me . Funny.
Wanted to get an unwhich and she said “ we don’t do that” so I tried to explain the lettuce wrap and she said “ yeah I just told you we don’t do that so what do you want “ followed with a dirty look 😂
Would have been good to have a sign up or something that’s all.
If you hate your job, don’t work there 🤷♀️

Their delivery driver Ross was incredibly nice. One of my drinks was forgotten but he was very kind about bringing it back out so i appreciate him greatly

Food takes a long time for a JJs and they get my order wrong probably 30-40%of the time. Its the cheapest and closest place by my job but im about to switch to subway if their management cant get it together

Literally the worst customer service & food got. The new chicken bacon ranch sub & it barley had anything on it went to complain & the manager didn’t wanna make me a new would not recommend this jimmy john s.

Awful . I just ordered for the first time since June because they always forget something! Today our bread was so hard … we also had a black hair in our food !!!

Probably the worst jj's in Macomb. Between the manager whose got long messy hair or the entire staff not wearing hair nets only some with hats. I got turkey subs to watch the woman on the line use the same blue gloves to touch my sub. Made me an extra sub cuz they didn't understand my order or give me a receipt. Manager and assistant to busy talking about what they like to do and not to do on the weekends. The woman whose cute diamond bracelet dragged across my sub bread and I wondered how many other things it touched. My favorite was the front counter register. Man's has smoke more weed today than most folks in the 80's. Literally so not worth it clearly plaza food doesn't hold up to the Jimmy John's standards. Franchiser should be shutdown.
They delivered my food to the wrong address and when I called the driver, they sent me to voicemail twice. After calling management, they did send get it to me but forgot my drink. When I called the store again, I was sent directly to voicemail again. I never leave reviews, especially bad ones. But I’m having a hard time with my health and just wanted my order to get to me in its entirety.
First time stopping by this location. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Only reason for the loss of a star is the fact that they got my order wrong.
